You always ask for an exorbitant amount and then deals are cut for expediency. Secondly the party who pays up demands the amount is not disclosed because what they paid to settle is an embarrassment to them.

When you file for a $250 million lawsuit, doesn't mean you actually will get it.
It was tossed out the court in the first place. Than the snot nose had to adjust his complaint.
And even than, most of it was tossed out of the court. There was a settlement behind closed doors of what remained.

Do you understand that when it's settled behind close doors, that no details about the amount who pays what is published?

We do know Donald had the streets violently cleared from peaceful protesters so he could have a picture taken.

Yes there were some errors, and the Court allowed the Plantiff leave to amend and refile...likely simply some errors in the pleadings, not a big deal, and not uncommon.
