Again, the 250 million is not the settlement. It was a 250 million lawsuit, and a closed door settlement.

 

Not sure where I or anyone said it was.....so.....the lawsuit however was for 250 million....so when someone says the $250 million dollar lawsuit against CNN was settled....we know which lawsuit we are discussing.
