    • Widespread torture including beatings, floggings, electric shocks, stress positions, mock executions, waterboarding, sexual violence, forced administration of chemical substances, and deprivation of medical care
    • Hundreds subjected to grossly unfair trials on baseless national security charges
    • Death sentences issued based on torture-tainted “confessions”
    https://www.amnesty.org/en/latest/n...n-gruesome-post-protest-crackdown-new-report/

The report, Trampling humanity: Mass arrests, disappearances and torture since Iran’s 2019 November protests, documents the harrowing accounts of dozens of protesters, bystanders and others who were violently arrested, forcibly disappeared or held incommunicado, systemically denied access to their lawyers during interrogations, and repeatedly tortured to “confess”. They are among the 7,000 men, women and children arrested by the Iranian authorities within a matter of days during their brutal repression of the protests.

The Muslim Evil Ayatullas should be hanged for their actions

Israel can't wait to have Iran bombed. If Biden wins it WILL happen no doubt.

And just so everyone is aware, Iran is probably one of the better countries in the Muslim Middle East...

    That should be saying something.

Amjad Taha, a regional director at the British Center for Studies and Research (BMCSR), said in an August 27, 2020 interview on Russia Today TV that Iran, not Israel, is responsible for creating militias that have killed Lebanese, Iraqi, and Yemeni people. He said that it is responsible for the death of 4 million Arabs. Taha added that Iran has made alliances with the militias in the Gaza Strip and that Qasem Soleimani was a terrorist. He stated: “Even viruses evolve, but the peddlers of the [Palestinian] cause do not.”

Evil issue ... if beeing true. Sorry for doubts, but too much fake bullshit mills around to nearly every topic and so I am in general sceptic! ;-)

But ... who makes finger pointing to Iran must always do same on Saudi Arabia too.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_rights_in_Saudi_Arabia

Of course, you can declare named source of me as wrong and crap and so on ... as you can do with all others who tell the same. But in reverse it could be done with your source(s) about Iran too ... and at least fact remains that both countries use bestial Sharia as law base! :)

    Addendum:

Unfortunately, it is not only, but very often the case in the USA that people like to put their finger accusingly at opponents and enemies of the USA in all sorts of things ... alleged or actual evil issues ... but often hypocritically ignored when a friend or ally, or even the USA themself, doing or has done the same evil things.
The direct comparison Iran = enemy of the USA and Saudi Arabia = friend of the USA gave and gives numerous examples.
Of course, I don't live in a pink fairy tale world and that's why such behavior is quite understandable ... but it doesn't make it right and appropriate. It is also hypocritical and damages credibility considerably!

As you had in the past when the same source reported about Saudi Arabia?

I’m sure Biden will lift any kind of sanctions on Iran allowing them to terrify their population with more torture and with much more expendable income while also allowing it to terrify the world with nuclear arms more quickly.

    Won’t take long.

    I don't hate them ... I simply don't care.

What I hate, however, is the hypocrisy that keeps coming up on the subject of Iran when they are rightly put in the dock because opponents ... but the good friend Saudi Arabia who does the same is ignored.

Now is not a reproach to you personally, but simply said in general.

Saudi Arabia should be as equally sanctioned as Iran. Both are brutal authoritarian theocracies.
What the Hell does the US benefit by giving the Saudis so much protection?

Hope we get to be like Iran. I am sure our govt is innocent of the same behavior. We just do our evil in places like Uzbekistan!

Yet we are not treating our protestors this harshly . .

But we might if the threat to the ruling elite is serious enough!

But they aren’t “really” white people in Iran so their intolerance has to be tolerated. Even if it is ghastly.
That’s what it boils down to!

Some people agree with AI when they condemn human rights violations in countries other than occupied Palestine (so-called "Israel"). But when it comes to Zionist crimes, of course, it's all lies and propaganda. :(

It all comes down to the reliability of the witnesses.
    https://phap.org/PHAP/Articles/LegArticles/MRF_Challenges_armed_conflict.aspx

The integrity of the researchers is also a contributing factor.

I prefer to ignore Amnesty reports. Organizations allegedly dedicated to human rights have to find horrific human rights abuses in order to validate their existence and the donations they receive, so find they will, regardless.

Yes I was shocked when I read about the shocking abuse in Iranian women's prison system, I suppose it's systemic. How terrible about that wrestler being sent to death for protesting.
