Good lord you are clueless. They stylist is NOT an employee. The stylist pays the owner for the spot to use. Because of the shutdown they stylists are not paying the owner so the owner has no control over what the stylist does. THE OWNER HAS ALREADY SAID ALL OF THIS. Once again, LEARN WHAT HAPPENED.

And don't tell me to drop the 'lefties' bullshit (as if I give a **** that is pisses you off) when you are taking this position SOLELY because pelosi is a dem and if it was trump you'd be taking a VERY different approach. You are in no way being objective here.

I think you're right. It always galls me when someone says "you didn't make that" or some other BS. And then they list the resources that you had to have used to get to whatever you built. And my response to that is, well, if those resources were there for everyone, why didn't those resources produce what I made already? Or more to the point, demonstrate that the quality of the resources they have cited actually made any difference in what I did. And that's where the conversation stops. Because you just can't demonstrate that those resources actually impacted my creativity, or ability to assemble what I did. You're right. It's their pejorative belief that everything is theirs to take. And no accountability for what they actually do with what they take.

Moreovver the gift tax is at 15K....and isn't paid by the person that gets the 15K...unlike with an inhertanince where the money is taxed as ordinary income, after the Death tax is paid....and after the money was taxed orginally.
