ACLU staffer fumes at university for accepting Nick Sandmann, report says

An assistant professor and diversity scholar at Transylvania University, Avery Tompkins, shared a comment on the post before it was taken down, calling Sandmann’s “public behavior and rhetoric atrocious and uninformed,” adding that the young student must accept his class as gospel,
The professor continued: “If he were to cause problems by being disruptive, trolling, or engaging in unethical behavior of any kind, I would immediately document it (just like I would for any student doing the same thing) … and he would just be putting himself in a position for me to file a conduct report.”

Talk about authoritarianism. He's just a normal young man who has done nothing wrong but to be victimized by leftists in the street and the media. Now here they are again assassinating his character, breathing threats and intimidation's simply for enrolling in college. Beware, the Sandmann cometh.

 

Sandman was 17 when he was assaulted by the leftist idiots and then came the pile on by other leftist idiots and their idiotic media.

Which makes Sandman the highest paid person at CNN. Love it.

Its amazing to me how all this craziness came from a 17 year old kid on a school field trip who decided to wear a hat, then stood silently and smiled as someone beat a drum.

Talk about an absolute definition of preconceived bias. Avery Tompkins just put himself in the cross hairs, not Sandmann.

My personal opinion is Mr. Tompkins is an overblown egotistical bag of wind, based on his comments. Anti-intellectualist views? If that were true then why would Sandmann be going to university? University is not for everyone, and those egotistical twits who look down their noses at those who don't attend university proves what type of bigots they truly are... until their plumbing doesn't work.

 

If you knew anything about lawsuits or the law (which you don't) you would learn that when a defendant settles prior to filing an answer, its not very negotiable.

It means you have them by the balls and they have decided not to embarrass themselves any further by offering up an excuse.

 

It was video, not a picture...and the video was edited....hence why CNN and the Post settled the cases against them

The video showed the third party group, and also that it was the Native American, that approched the kid, and got in his face.

The fact "many" are so prejudice that they jump to conclusions about a hat, isn't relevant

 

the picture was what got the scrutiny, once the video came out people got the full picture

that hat is relevant as that is why people jumped to conclusions based on nothing more then a picture

Trump seems to support racists, so it's confusing why people support Trump, but the reality is, not all Trump supporters are racist, just a small percentage
