What is Trump's Healthcare Plan???

Does anyone else get the impression that Trump has no healthcare plan?

It is obvious that healthcare is on the top of the list of policy concerns for most Americans...ESPECIALLY during a PANDEMIC!!!

How is this acceptable to anyone? The textbook snake oil salesman is messing with the lives of others on a grand scale.

 

They've had a plan since way before 2017 when McLame ruined the repeal and replacement of Obamacare for purely selfish personal reasons. That initial plan has been improved and is simply awaiting a time when congress can realistically pass it.

The idea that there is not a plan is just more mainstream media fake news. Everyone who takes 3 seconds to look knows there is a plan.

 

I've been asking this question for a few weeks. And it only became a question because Trump, himself, promised it with a deadline attached. Those deadlines have come and gone (twice) and still nothing.

 

Because experienced people understand that federal government doesn't run things very well. It is the last place I would want the health system managed. We need to limit federal government to those things that it alone can do - defending the nation, interfacing with other nations, maintaining a stable currency and resolving interstate disputes. Not much else belongs there.

Your completely unsubstantiated assertion that is the plan Repubs will put forward under the unlikely scenario the SC repeals the ACA is apparently news to the Liar-in-Chief and the rest of what once was the GOP.
Given the possibility they will vote the ACA down one would think that plan would have been floated in the public realm for comment and debate. It hasn't.
Therefore, digging up a relic of the past proves exactly nothing.

I think it's a fair criticism. The Republican Congress totally screwed up a golden opportunity to reform or replace Obamacare and blew it. Then after that, Trump should have set up a bipartisan commission to come up with a plan, based on the administration's objectives, then dare the Congress to vote against it. Instead he just forgot about it.

 

Because he is trying to repeal the laws under which the system now operates. If his suit against the ACA is successful it will send medical care in this country in to chaos without something to replace it with. Is that beyond you too?

 

Forgot about it? How is that possible when in a few months the SC will rule on the legality of the ACA. We are talking about the nation's healthcare system and your claim is he forgot about what to put in the ACA's place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You posted an old plan that was drawn up by a few Repub congressmen. What evidence do you have it is THE plan that will be put forth as a replacement to the ACA? Why isn't it included in the party platform? Why isn't it being discussed as the ACA's replacement? Why hasn't the CBO scored the plan?

I posted the date on the plan March, 2019. Its a revision of the same plan that has existed for a long time. That you keep making false assertions and ignoring facts does not change said fact nor negate the fact that a plan exists and has existed that is ready to replace the ACA.
