Well yes; but first comes the leftist generated sh-- show in the House and among Dems in the Senate. But this will also be a political advantage for Trump since the craziness of the Dem Party leadership AND their politically loyal media outlets will be on full and dramatic display . . . for weeks.

there is no doubt about it....the Dem Senators that went along with the Dems on that all lost their seats....the Dem that voted for Kavanaugh and rebuked the left's abuse of power, won

She does pose a possible interest twist for the Dems, and moreover a key pick up in FL....but she is really young....I believe 38

 

Any candidate has to negotiate the contradictory impulses of the American character. Nixon was the best I've ever seen at doing that.

Anyway, I don't entirely disagree with you, but....

The people do not want to kill Obamacare, and Trump has a court case trying to do just that. That's just an example, Biden reflects the policies people want a lot more than Trump.

But he's not good at expressing it.

 

That makes her (and barrett for different reasons) logical front runners. Somebody is going to go from respected strong woman to America's villain over a span of 30 minutes.

I'm sure they are being asked if they are willing to endure the chaos and have their lives and careers picked apart from childhood on. They have to be qualified, AND willing and able, and a good enough speaker to survive the onslaught coming.

The legal challenges probably come first.

 

He won as soon as she died. We all knew republicans had no intention on being consistent on this. Hopefully this wakes up libs who might waste a vote on the Green Party.

 

I expect that the new SCOTUS Justice will be confirmed prior to the election, so I'm skeptical it's going to be a "big factor" anyways.
