    Well, how many lesbian feminist studies grads do you find on boards of directors, or managing Fortune 500 companies? What was the average yearly income for those same grads? Bunches for a handful and zilch for the rest. But they'll FEEEEEEEEEEL good about being in debt for a degree they can't use. That's leftist math.

    You do realize many people end up in fields that have nothing to do with their degree right? I have a history degree but work in health care. My wife has a teaching degree but also works in health care. A former director of mine (at a health insurance company I worked at many years ago) had a music undergrad and graduate degree.
    In other words it’s asinine to assume anyone has a degree they can’t use.
    There are countless people who go to college, get a degree and then go into a field that doesn’t require a degree...laborer, law enforcement, firefighter, etc.
    You also realize not everyone goes to college to become rich and be on boards of directors or managing Fortune 500 companies. In fact very few people end up on boards of directors or managing Fortune 500 companies so it’s silly to even use that as a measuring stick as to what is successful.

    The tipping Point was Covid 19. You don’t have to worry about AI calling in sick or infecting customers.

    I would suggest that people not be paid unemployment, but that each American be given their own worker robot (paid a minimum wage and repair costs). and they collect the money that robot earns. A worker alter-ego so to speak. Then each citizen is able to additionally work additional jobs or not. A future possibility.
