If you had paid attention to your link you would have noticed it only supplied the first of each month for dates on their graphs. Is that a problem?

The state mandated. Counties opted in or out first week of July. Some that opted out in July opted in later. Some opted in but did not enforce. Some of them enforced at later dates.

Ill tell you this. You are persistent. I suppose it doesn't matter to you that lots of places already have mask mandates, and that folks are following them, and the infection rates are still rising. Explain that. And if you suggest that lockdown are effective, explain residual infections during one. You can't, but you're still willing to make folks suffer. I find that pretty selfish on your part. Its the equivalent of me saying, well, when I drive, I don't want any other schmucks on the road at the same time cause I'm fearful that they will run into me and damage my car or kill me. so, everyone else stay home so I can enjoy the drive. Kind of like how ms Whitmer in MI decided that only her husband could ignore her lockdown so he could go fishing unimpeded by others. It may not just be masks that are slowing the spread, as areas with a mask requirement are also more likely to have other mitigation strategies in place.

North Dakota has had an increase in new daily cases and fatalities which peaked ~ 2 weeks ago and is now trending down. The maximum daily fatality number occurred on October 18th at 18. Yesterday the number was 12.

 

The correct way to "determine" if masks work is by doing a proper regression analysis in which all factors are considered. And that would only indicate if there is an actual correlation. That has not been done in Kansas.
