The burden of proof is on the accuser to prove a crime and fraud took place. As we see numerous Judges across our Country toss these lawsuits out of Court for lack of evidence, what will be your new excuse? The Judges are in on some grand conspiracy too?

 

Why do you want his reaction before it happens though. There are like 3,000 individual reports of improper tabulation just in Michigan (I think it's Michigan) alone. I mean, sure. We can just dismiss them outright but let's think about the election coming around the corner in 2024. If roughly half the country feels cheated and just has to grind their teeth, they will lose all external feelings of efficacy which leads to radicalism and intolerance; these are precursors for terrorism and the next Presidential election we have will probably be ran the same way.

That hasn't happened yet.

 

Because evidence must be presented to a Judge before a trial takes place. A Judge in AZ and a Judge in GA have already thrown two lawsuits out of Court for lack of proof. As Rudy and Trump Co continue to file these lawsuits starting tomorrow, one at a time they will all be thrown out of Court for the very same reason as the others. Lack of evidence.

 

It has happened twice already. Once in AZ and once in GA. This will continue to happen, so my advice to you is don't get your hopes up. Trump lost and nothing is going to make that change.

I do not think it will happen though, not even republicans would be that stupid

 

GA is doing a recount and AZ probably will as well. It isn't over till recounts and legal challenges are dealt with. Suddenly the party willing to count ballots up to 8 days after election day is in a hurry? The scary part for Trump is that the people doing the recounts will be the same ones that did the initial run at it.

It will all play out and I can wait, you'll just have to as well.

 

HOW DO YOU CLAIM FRAUD BUT NOT HAVE EVIDENCE READY FOR COURT

 

I'm not spending my good years plowing through committee reports and spreadsheets to make the case for them. If they can't use the awesome power of the State to prove cheating occurred, I cannot be expected to be outraged when nothing happens.

 

Nobody is trying to stop anything other than Trump. LOL Recounts will happen in certain States and Trump's campaign will have to pay millions for quite a bit of them. Nobody is trying to stop the lawsuits.

I can't wait to read posts here though once the recounts don't change the results and the Judges toss the suits out of Court for lack of evidence.

 

Trump has claimed fraud ever since he beat Hillary in 2016 because he didn't get as many votes as her. Hell, he even formed a commission to uncover all the fraud and the commission came back with nothing and was immediately disbanded. LOL
