We have over 200 years of evidence. It's called precedent. Look it up sometime.

Almost all of them contain preliminary evidence in the form of exhibits attached to the complaint. Additional evidence can be filed at any time while the case is active. If you fail to attach any supporting evidence with the complaint, you could be sanctioned.

Judges don't need to be amenable. Their interest is in what's actually presented in court, when the case is actually tried.
