    Since you're all up in the Constitution, you might want to read this little gem:

    Article I, Section 8, Clause 11

    [The Congress shall have Power ...] To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water ...

    Only Congress can declare war - which it hasn't - so you and Humpty Trumpty are completely SOL...

    Here we go again, we are not a democracy. Our Constitution guarantees we will not be a democracy. If you are going to make assumptions about an American's loyalty and fidelity to their country then at least know of what you speak.

    If Trump loses in the Electoral College he will no longer be President as of 12 noon January 20, PERIOD. He or any former President could try to issue orders to the military or the US Marshals or the Secret Service and they would not obey them. Period.

    States have some democratic elections/votes there are no Federal elections and you guys complain all the time about it with regards to the Electoral College and the Senate. The FEDERAL GOVERNMENT is NOT a democracy and the Constitution guarantees that.

    every election in the USA, for sheriff, DA, mayor, governor, house, senate, is a democratic one.

    the vote for President is 50 democratic elections.

    In those states

    In those states, and BTW it doesn't have to be it is in those states only under the gracies of the state government, the state legislature to be precise.

    You do understand the difference between the States and the United States, the federal government. The original States would never have joined together under a Democracy and that is why the Constitution guarantees that we would not be one but rather a federal republic of states. And those states only use a democratic process to elect certain officials and pass certain measures like amendments to the constitution or approve a new tax but they operate as representative governments.

    One thing for sure we are not one big democracy, far from it.

    Anyway,. on topic, no. If/when the electoral college votes and Biden is over 270, then Biden is "in" and Trump is "out" on January 20th.
