Biden Impeachment

If Biden prevails, I think the Republicans should immediately put together Articles of impeachment. I think there's enough evidence that he used the office of vice president to peddle influence and that his son Hunter was the conduit for those transactions. It's a fact that Hunter Biden has been involved in dubious business activities with questionable foreign entities. There is evidence that Joe Biden was not only aware of this but actively involved during his years in office. I think this is an extremely important matter in terms of American security.

As a strictly symbolic effort with the leftist-loyalist media outlets will totally ignore or spin as just hate-filled partisan politics, they might as well not bother. Anyway the Left controls the House and so they won't let any such thing gain any traction whatsoever.

I think instead they should simply focus on flooding the Internet with proof about the Bidens and their corruption and also any proof that they also have in regards to Biden's cabinet and inner circle thugs. Keep the information out there even though NONE of the ideologically subborned media outlets will touch any of it.

I agree with the sentiment, but if the Republicans don't have the majority in the house it will never happen. If they do get the majority, maybe in 2022, it is unfortunately (from a philosophical point of view) likely since the Democrats made impeachment the modus operandi for overthrowing a politically opposed president.

As nefarious and dastardly Biden's actions were it is not clear that he broke any federal law. There are still people that believe that political opponents should not be criminally prosecuted simply because of distasteful actions are that they are just political opponents. Maybe I missed it. What specific law do you suppose or do others suspect Biden broke?

 

I think they did, and found nothing. I doubt very much that Barr would have made any announcements of that lack of evidence, because Trump kept pounding on this during the campaign. I do recall a snippet or two about coming up empty.

This was nothing more than a desperate scraping at the bottom of the barrel for a campaign that knew they were going to lose.

I would suggest that the Republican Senate should censure the president, and actively block his agendas. There is adequate evidence. Certainly more than the Democratic house ever came up with. But 2022 is rapidly approaching, and with the house losing at least 14 democrats, the margin for reasserting control in the House in 22 makes for a likely timeline to establish the evidence for that house to impeach. Looking forward.

 

In a far more realistic scenario the FBI is sitting on that laptop full of criminal evidence against the entire Biden family and letting Biden know in no uncertain terms that they will use it the moment he tries to do anything funny that they do not approve.

The FBI has enormous leverage, why waste it? Undoubtedly Russia and China have the same leverage against him as well.

I do but I also assume they're compromised. They got to them the same way they got to Justice Roberts. It's a very dirty business and they can always find something on somebody.

 

That is assuming they're unable to steal the elections in Georgia from the Republicans.

 

But this is the same FBI that signed off on using a KNOWN Russian disinformation doccument to 'get' Trump for the sake of Barack and Hillary. Most likely the moment Joe gets sworn in bleach-bits will hit that laptop's hard drive. Hell, it wouldn't surprise me if Comey were reinstated.

Also, defend the premise that a President can be impeached for actions taken prior to taking office.

Hmm, I am not so sure, the FBI has a huge hammer over Biden's head, why destroy it when it can be used to blackmail him during his entire presidency.

I would not be surprised if Biden kept Wray (if Trump does not fire him), terrified to fire and replace him due to possible revelations and investigations.... They can always find another place for Comey, some position where high ethical standards are a must, IG or something like that LOL
