They aren't rated--that's the point. Even their website says so. They aren't trying to pull a fast one.

Being anything that is approved by the government just goes to show that they want to control what you use and don't use.

None of the masks work as advertised or this virus would not be spreading as it does, these masks would eliminate it. But that doesn't fit with what you have been told to promote.

 

By the way, if a filter is not listed for Organic Vapors, is it not capable of trapping a virus and the ones you recommend are only to be used for particulates, not organic vapors.

And by the way my respirator is much more comfortable to wear versus a mask as it is designed to be wiped with alcohol to sanitize it and protect me from what others are exhaling and with an Exhalation Valve doesn't doesn't restrict my exhalation keeping my asthma under control, with a mask I would be hitting an inhaler many more times a day than I already do.

Also unlike a mask it has inhalation check valves.



These are very important, should I inhale particles containing a virus or a virus itself, that check valve prevents me from discharging anything trapped in the filters when I exhale, which could cause me to contaminate any area or person near me as I move around breathing, masks cannot do that, making the person wearing one a vector for virus's, as such that person literally becomes a mobile virus spraying machine.

So truth be told if one wants to protect themselves and sort of protect others the only way to do it is by wearing a properly designed respirator, equipped with the proper filters, they are not that expensive what so ever, anything less is dangerous virtue signalling and being quite heartless to others.

 

Not to mention that mask is more expensive than the properly engineered respirator I purchased and with the proper filters it was only $37.00 and the filters can be replaced as often as needed.

Our government in their usual stupidity advises people to wash masks and reuse them which is some stuck on stupid advice, every time a mask is washed it becomes less effective at filtration, masks are designed to be worn no longer than 8 hours and then disposed properly and that means into a bio-hazard waste container.

 

That's not an insult, it's a polite recommendation.

 

And they are least concerned when it comes to peoples health, they see every crisis as an opportunity to grab more control over people and not help them.

Id let someone with covid cough in my face. I'm in my 30s, never get sick, I don't smoke and am in great shape. I'm pretty much going to be asymptomatic or have a mild case.

 

Or maybe it just ran it's seasonal course as diseases do and all of that did nothing or made it worse.

You lack the understanding of N-95 testing by a reputable and traceable source, as such you foolishness and lack of any real knowledge about the subject is dismissed with prejudice.

The product you proffered is no where on any approved list of masks therefor it is to be considered counterfeit and not worth the materials it is made from and definately should never be worn by anyone concerned about their health.

Maybe you should go back to proffering snake oil or some other magic cure you believe in.
