I would suggest that you do more research on the actual process.

Without Actual PROOF of the alleged "fraud", there is not any State Legislature that would even attempt such a thing.

And, there is NO PROOF.

That is why these cases (which now number in the dozens) keep getting laughed out of Court.

And, no serious Judge will give them the time of day.

The governor of that contested election has to send the results of those legal challenges and what's been decided by the courts by that date.
