Trump's Mar-a-Lago neighbors don't want him to move there. They may be able to stop him, too.

    SNIP
Trump's Mar-a-Lago neighbors sent a letter to the town of Palm Beach and the Secret Service on Tuesday demanding that the town notify Trump he can't reside at Mar-a-Lago because he signed away that right in 1993, the Post reports.

Trump converted Mar-a-Lago into a private club in 1993 because he needed the money and the estate was expensive to maintain, the Post reports, but in order to get approval for the transformation, Palm Beach made him sign an agreement that no club member could stay at Mar-a-Lago more than 21 days a year or seven consecutive days, among other restrictions. His attorney promised at the time that Trump would not live at Mar-a-Lago.

Is Trump going to make it to Mar-a-Lago?? Before or after his future visit to Otisville?

Hasn’t he been claiming it as his primary residence for awhile now?
Palm Beach should have known better than to trust trump to do anything.

Trump has neighbors in Palm Beach who can afford to buy a lot better lawyers than Trump can. It will be fun
to watch Trump's legal karma start to catch up to him over the next 12 months.

As the article points out, they gave him a break during his presidency.... that joyously ends in 35 days...

I'm not sure he actually broke the 7/21 day rules anyway.... although since rules don't actually apply to the Glorious One, he probably did..

I heard the inmates at Leavenworth sent a letter to the warden demanding that he not spend more than 21 days in each cell he gets assigned to.
I guess they want to "share the wealth".

There is a separate army prison there(referred to as a "barracks"), but I am referring to the federal penitentiary.

Trump has sued the City of Palm Beach at least four times since moving there ... I don't think he's made a lot of
    friends in the local government.

Rich and powerful don't go to prison. Or if they do it's a country club. Part of the inequities of the justice system that needs drastic reform.

Trump was never particularly welcome in Palm Beach.

The very first thing he did was violate zoning laws, and go to court.

He laid down his AH marker almost the moment he arrived.

Sort of like slamming the phone down on the Australian Prime Minister three days into the job in the White House.

Unfortunately Dirty Donald has never been a believer in the dge, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". resulting in him receiving, 'What goes around, comes around."

Not as fun as reading this thread. Where ever Trump may roam, in your head is his home!

Ahhh, Trump goes in the drawer in a couple of weeks. In fact, I think I'm going to never again mention him by name on this board again after Jan. 20th.

Of course, given my stroke addled brain, that may last about 2 days, but hey - it's all in fun ... and for therapy.

    Good to hear.

Will Trump adhere to the provisions of the signed contract?

Or, as ALWAYS, will Trump weasel out (until he is forcibly evicted)?

All of the Trumps are persona non grata.

Jared and Ebonker have been totally shunned by the NYC Social Scene that they once revolved in.

At this point, to any potential Post-Administration "neighbors", the Trumps are less welcome than a skunk at picnic.

How nice of you to pause from running around screaming at everyone that HE IS YOUR PRESIDENT to tell us this.

Seems to me there are ways arround it.
But if it comes down to it cant trump just buy land bordering it, build a big ass villa and pretty much have the exact same deal without the restriction ?

    Sure.

Buy out all of the memberships, and then turn it from a Priivate Club into a Personal Residence?

And, then set up a GoFundMe Page to milk his supporters for money to pay the taxes, mortgage, and upkeep?

    Sure thing.

How long would that take and where does he live until that happens??

Here are some places he might want to consider where he'd be more welcome...

Some of the wealthy residents don't like the extra attention, traffic, and security which has happened with Trump's trips to Mar-a-Lago since becoming President. These people want to enjoy their lavish lifestyles in peace and quiet, it's nothing personal against the Trumps. It can be a flustercuck around there when Trump is there, and some people would prefer not have the headache.

But sure, there are leftwing nuts there also, it's one of the bluest counties in Florida.
