The Senate is evidently going to conduct hearings into the massive extent of voter fraud before January 6th.

There certainly is a lot of evidence piling up.

And now we find out that John Roberts threw a hissy fit in a SCOTUS meeting because he is flat out afraid to do the right thing.

This may be the last chance to avoid a civil war.

 

The Entire "Challenge the Electors" thing is a complete NON-Starter.

1. Overturn the election results in challenged states, thus cementing their places in history with B. Arnold and R. Hanssen. And note that this will still LOSE, either because enough GOP will vote not to overturn AND the House won't

Yes, the Democrats can stop it. For Pence to pick another slate of electors, the official one needs to be challenged first. But the challenge needs to pass BOTH houses of Congress before it is adopted. It will NEVER pass the Democrat-controlled House. It won't pass the Senate either, but it is even more guaranteed that it won't pass the House. So, Pence will NEVER get the opportunity to "recognize the play electors."

I kind of pity the people who don't know that. And by the way, like I said, it won't pass the Senate either. Mitch McConnell doesn't want it, and several other Republican senators have already said that they won't support it (Romney, Toomey, Sasse, Murkowski, Collins, Thule, Cornyn; with Mitch, 8 - so the challenge will ALSO fail in the Senate, by a count of at least 56 to 42 - but even if by some miracle it passed the Senate, how in the hell do you expect to convince the Democrat-controlled House to vote for it??? LOL) .
