Hmm - I talked to my sister today about something completely unrelated and we eventually got around to what was happening in DC with her being a Trump supporter - and I say this in the past tense now because after what just happened she gave up on him - something I never thought she'd do because she was in the tank for him.

As for the media, the pretending that both various anchors and politicians didn’t literally call for “unrest in the street” over the last year while trying to cram a year of blame on one incident is intellectually infantile.
That said, the fact that our capitol building was nearly overrun during an election certification is dishearteningly unreal and embarrassingly unprecedented. Also, such lawlessness and violence on a fool’s errand is something I squarely stand against.
