Rush Limbaugh, Dead at 70

Limbaugh was once a commentator on Sunday NFL Countdown on ESPN. I don't think he lasted that long. I don't even know how he latched on to football let alone being a conservative radio talk show host.

 

I found out that Rush Limbaugh's cause of death was lung cancer. This is that in case you haven't heard.

 

Funny stuff for sure .. and I hope you took my comment light heartedly ... so .. did you follow your Father's ideology .. or were you the prodical son ?

 

He deserved the same respect he showed others when they passed away. Like Kurt Cobain.

 

I can see how others found him witty back in the 1990s, even though he was over the top. He took a dark turn in the 2000s when he openly supported torture and then later said he hoped Obama would fail in the wake of the 2008 recession and called him "little black manchild".

Like Bill O'Reilly, he had a schtick that was catchy at first, but then he started taking himself too seriously and believing his own hype. His most notable achievements include foisting Sarah Palin and Donald Trump onto the Republican Party at the national level.

 

He was a hateful disgusting bigot and racist. The nation is a better place without him.

Say what you will about anyone who says that about the recently deceased.

When Osama Bin Laden was killed my perspective was "what a wasted life, what could have been". I'm sure as he'll not going to celebrate the deaths of any non-terrorists then.

 

He was a disgusting man with disgusting views who had no problem celebrating the deaths of those he did not like. If I had my way, we would dispose his disgusting corpse the same way we did Bin Laden: just dump it in the Pacific and let the fish feast on it.

He lasted about a week and he had a truly JJUGE audience at the time. He had started his radio career as a VERY lowly local sports "color" commentator and always said that was what he "really" wanted to do

No one is perfect, not even a saint. Don’t you think that with over 30 years in the public eye, that an occasional oops doesn’t get spurted out? Unintentionally misspeaking? We are just human. Instead of embellishing the errors, reflect on what the man stood for? I realize that many here don’t know what that is. In essence, he stood for all that is great and good about this country.

I recall when Rush first started and it freaked out the liberals. They had control of almost all the media's and didn't realize the power of radio. They tried everything to get the FCC to regulate it somehow, so as to stop Rush, but they couldn't.

A disgusting pig doesn't have to do anything to me personally for me to point out he is a disgusting pig. He made fun of people who died of aids. He sang "Barack the Magic Negro." And so much more. He was a disgusting person and hating disgusting people is perfectly appropriate.

 

That's it... use your life force to create your own suffering. Couldn't happen to a more deserving individual, apparently.

 

No suffering here. In fact, things have been going great. Just the other day, this POS racist from the radio died. Good times. Now I just need to know where he will be buried. I hear it will be the first out door unisex bathroom. They should attach a toilet paper dispenser to the headstone.
