Another of my dear friends has developed cancer, and it is fair to say, he loves roundup. He uses it whenever some sort of unwanted green life develops. I personally don't trust this ****, and refuse to use it to this very day. As we all know figures are created and used or misused to help specific goals. Especially and even more so when they originated from North American companies. I know Bayer bought Monsanto in 2018, and I acknowledge, I am biased, but not ashamed to speak it out. I was just wondering, would any of you be in favor of a post mortem (cancer dead's only) to determine whether roundup (glyphosate) may have contributed? If we did so and just in case I was right, couldn't we change our future for the better? Reg. Cats
The connection between glyphosate and cancer is old news, but I'm sorry to hear about your friend. Agricultural chemicals are rather like Big Pharma--they go to great lengths to keep secret how dangerous some of their products are.
If you go into looking to see if round up caused the cancer of someone who had cancer, then it is probable you will conclude it did. Perhaps it was the eating chinese take out or hot dogs too often. Who the hell knows consider biomagnification isn't limited to the things we don't like. I personally tend to avoid round up anywhere near anything I am going to eat, but I still use it sparingly for some things. For instance, one of my least favorite work duties includes "weeding" a paved parking lot with lots of cracks and crevices. I round up the hell out of that thing. I am not hand weeding a 3/4 acres parking lot that sits in full sun. I am not pouring vinegar or boiling water on it either. I am nuking the bastard. I periodically mix a tank of roundup and 2-4D mixed together at full strength and zap anything green I see.
Cancer is just a way your body tells you that it has reached is limit. Not all of us are made to live a long life and the human machine/body comes with many defects already.
Round Up glyphosate is considerable for only one kind of "cancer" Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma Not like radiation that elicits a bunch of cancers over decades oopsyhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Conqueror_(1956_film)
Moi, you mean that one? https://www.cancer.org.au/cancer-information/types-of-cancer/non-hodgkin-lymphoma If that is all no reason to be concerned, is there? Cats
I didn't want to comment because sure it is old news between the connections you are discussing. This is why it is important to take protective measures while using the chemical. Of course, there are other considerations to be made while discussing this of which I cannot comment… BUT I really have to agree with this post without you taking some sort of insult.
