Full title: Report Finds Biden Can Potentially Freeze Dozens of Trump's Last-Minute 'Egregious and Damaging' Rollbacks

It's not surprising that some things were done in haste and lacked the legal standing needed. Hopefully, Biden can get things on track. There has to be checks and balances.

    What do you think?

The real question is why did trump wait until on his way out, to implement these.
He knew they’d be disasters or unpopular

"Biased report finds exactly what it wanted to find as opposed to the truth".

He wanted to create as much damage and grief as possible for the new administration as a parting gesture.

They range from narrowing asylum eligibility and shielding corporate giants from liability for franchisees' labor law violations to enabling more discrimination against LGBTQ people on "religious liberty" grounds and allowing federal executions by not only lethal injections but also firing squad and the electric chair.

I use a quick and easy "test" to read up on the credibility of a news site. It's called the CRAP test. Common Dreams doesn't pass the Reliability part. Look under the about us section and the background of the key staff. All of which is on their webpage.

In most instances onerous regulations are used by the elites to serve one purpose.... to protect existing monopolies. It makes the cost of entry nearly insurmountable. There is a reason that huge multinationals lobby for regulations.... and it has nothing to do with helping or protecting the consumer.

I guess it’s a matter of perspective....like if you’re pro-corporate labor law violations there’s none. Just an example

I am a results guy. If a franchisee violates labor code, how is it the corporation's fault? Lawyers with dollar signs in their eyes find that fault lies with those with the deepest pockets. Is a litigious society a better society?

If they’re liable do you think that will make them more or less vigilant to ensure the law is followed by their franchisee?

    Sounds good.

Anything that can be done to REVERSE Trump's Egregious 4-Year Campaign of Destroying America is a good thing.
