Biden under increasing media spotlight for lack of news conferences

This is the Atlanta Journal Constitution not National Review or the Washington Times the left can just dismiss out of hand. And this is getting HIGHLY worrisome. He cannot handle the job and it's getting embarrassing how his staff is trying to hide it. That stupid "the president is having the press in this afternoon he has a statement to make, and the channels cut to it and there are all the reporters and he comes out and gives a COVID statement turns around and WALKS OUT!
And his press conferences tell us nothing, they are deflections and spin. When ask about the border he throws God under the bus, hey it's up to him not me.

President Joe Biden has not held an open news conference since he took office Jan. 20, the longest stretch of any president over the past 100 years.


On Wednesday, Biden appeared in a virtual event along with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the House Democratic Caucus. Biden was speaking to lawmakers on COVID relief and the ongoing vaccine rollout. He closed his remarks by saying he was happy to take questions from the lawmakers.


The White House feed was then cut, with no explanation.

CNN White House reporter Kevin Liptak shared this note with colleagues Wednesday: “As we await word on when President Biden will hold his first solo press conference, an analysis of the past 100 years shows he is behind his 15 most recent predecessors, who all held a solo press conference within 33 days of taking office.”

How about the people elected him to tell us what are his policies and what is he going to do about what faces us. How about we see for ourselves is he capable of the job or not?

What does that have to do with what I posted. Biden is not in Congress he's supposed to be the executive running the country and he has been placed in hiding and not allowed to engage the press and the people and instead appears frail and fragle and not capable of the job. The question is what are we going to do about it it can't just be ignored. He has to be told what are these EO's he is signing and in the middle of praising people has to ask who am I praising what am I supposed to do. We can't have a President who hides from the press and the public and when he does show himself is so scripted as to they don't have to worry he will screw the pooch again.

 

He is running the country — or would you like him to sign more EO’s and his vice-president act as a tie breaker on more bills?

Sure we can, that was what happened for the last four years with the exception of the narcissism and whining between trips to the golf course.

 

That is why I tried to say over the last four years to trump supporters that they shrugged off because their team was in charge — all of these norms that dear cult leader did and didn’t do, the norms he systematically ignored and dismantled, those are probably gone forever. As far as who is paying for it, the same states that always pay more than they get back from the Feds....mostly blue states that keep the red states afloat.

He has not ****ed up his response to COVID and lead to the death of more people than necessary.

He has not yet tried to overturn the outcome of a legal and legit election nor had his followers attack the US Capitol building.

He has not yet once embarrassed us with a tweet or an insult of some ally.

I see Joe speaking on my TV almost every day (I'm watching)... It may not be a formal "news conference", but on the bright side, there isn't ALWAYS a running helicopter in the background....

 

Actually, I saw a 30 second visual (muting was a requirement) of his CPAC ramblings....

His face did look a little thinner and more naturally colored... If you can't get healthier in S. Florida in February (vs D.C.), it's truly over for you..
