Can you quote any of them saying so?

Not for those capable of critical thought, though I understand why that may be worlds apart from Trump support.

IOW, your Demonkkkrat mind masters. Got it.

I like how you reject AND support the very same thing, rejecting it when Trump's name is attached to it and supporting it when Biden's name is attached to it.

He didn't delay the turnover. He delayed the head start. The turnover was on time per the Constitution. Biden didn't need the head start since he had already said that he would stop the wall on the first day. Did he need a couple of months to do exactly what he said he would do? No.
“The Democrats do not support the wall,”
The wall is immoral, expensive, unwise”
“We, most of us, speaking for myself, consider the wall immoral, ineffective and expensive,”

As surprising as this may be for some of Trump's followers to understand, there are people in this world capable of rubbing two braincells together long enough to realize that there are more options than just no barrier at all anywhere along the entire border and an idiotic coast-to-coast wall. Why is that so difficult for you guys to comprehend?

Please try reading my posts before "responding." This link does not address my question.

But isn't the wall racist? Well I guess that depends on the letter after the name.

I'm saying a coast-to-coast barrier is idiotic. It isn't cost effective, it isn't effective overall, it requires a massive amount of private land grabs, etc. But, hey, why would people care about silly wittle ol' things like reason and property rights? Certainly not Trump and his followers, that's for sure.

Biden said, "There will not be another foot of wall constructed on my administration, No. 1," he told NPR's Lulu Garcia-Navarro during an interview with journalists from the National Association of Black Journalists and National Association of Hispanic Journalists.

    Does that address your concern?

There's no crisis at the southern border, it's a challenge.

Yes, Trump later backtracked and said that he would not demand walls in some areas that were deemed non-traversable anyway. This was after he claimed that a wall would be useless unless it stretched from coast to coast.

Please ping us if this gets past the "considering" stage.

If Joe does this, this will be the 4th thing I will disagree with him on, although Joe will be doing this for immigration reasons at least, not political grandstanding ones...

I was speaking from personal experience. Their are only a few big name farmers in this area and if one is a Democrat they hide it well. As I have said many times, the motto around here is Trump 2020 signs on the highway side of the crop circles and housing for illegals on the back side.

That said I certainly believe Democrat owned farmers, construction companies, meat packing plants etc are hiring illegals as well. That is what makes this a bi-partison issue.

"Our highest priority, therefore, must be to secure our borders and all ports of entry and to enforce our immigration laws.

That is why we support building a wall along our southern border and protecting all ports of entry. The border wall must cover the entirety of the southern border."

My post was based on personal experience working loosely in the construction industry in a deeply republican agricultural area.

Personal anecdotes are not a great source (to say the least) and I don't have hard numbers but here is an article that provides a few rough ones.

"According to the U.S. Department of Labor, 17 percent of all hired farmworkers, both migrant and settled, live in employer-owned housing. Among those who lived in employer housing, 76 percent lived there free of charge."

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.pe...provide-housing-for-migrant-farmworkers?amp=1

The cool thing is the immigrants get their fake socials sent in to the Fed where the socials come up red flagged. Do you know what that means? It means it gets ignored. Over the years the immigrant has his taxes taken like everyone else until one day they are to old or whatever. Then when they want benefits (which I dont think they should have) the Fed says, "oh wait, to bad so sad, your number is fake." That money then ends up mostly supporting our social security.

It seems it would be so easy for a President or Congress to do more then simply flag these fake numbers but they don't. Trump didn't, and I dont really blame him politically. Illegal labor is pretty much built into our economy and the consequences to the economy would probably be significant.

    From Forbes.

"What we learned is that … the IRS continues to process tax returns with false W-2 information and issue refunds as if they were routine tax returns, and say that’s not really our job. We also learned the IRS ignores notifications from the Social Security Administration that a name does not match a Social Security number, and you use your own system to determine whether a number is valid.”

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.fo...-steal-social-security-numbers-for-taxes/amp/

Anyhow...sorry this ended up being kind of long and rambling.

This may be true but not if you are not an illegal. I switched a couple of numbers on my son's SS number when I did my taxes a couple of years ago and they did hold up my return and was going to charge me interest/penalties until I worked it out with them. But, I had to show them that the last four digits was just a typo. (1243 instead of 1234).
