    And to do what? He has no authority to dictate to the SCOTUS how it will conduct it's job. SCOTUS should send a letter telling him to not meddle in their business and take care of reforming his own job.

    Why is he wasting taxpayer dollars over something which he has not authority the SCOTUS. Again how about the SCOTUS holding a commission to discuss the term limits of the President and how they appoint their cabinets and running the military?

    Definitely not Trump. He loved legislating by executive order. At least all this EO does is create a commission to write a report . . . which is probably the least abusive use of an EO that we've seen in decades . . . and isn't actually "legislating by executive order" at all. But let's not let a silly thing like the truth get in the way of a sound byte.

    Term limits of the president are set by the constitution. Your concern of “wasting taxpayer dollars” is cute seeing your silence for the past four years.

    You want to change the Constitution that is the Legislative branch and then the States. Biden is talking about SCOTUS procedures and rules. Taxpayer money and government time and resources. Why is this even on his plate with everything else that is occurring?

    It is almost like they can *gasp* work on multiple things at once. They are not looking at changing the constitution as Congress can change the number of justices at anytime they so choose.

    Show me where in the constitution it stipulates there can only be 9 justices.

    Cons will find absolutely anything to denigrate Biden.

    "Oh know! He's empaneling a commission to see if the supreme court needs to be reformed!"

    I guess we're numb to the last 4 years where the previous administration signed in new laws and said "well let's see what happens!"

    If we want to preserve the integrity of the court then we need to tell Pres Biden to shove this commission up his ass. How can you even go about current partisans when the man's idea of 'reform' is stacking the bench with people that vote with his party? Stupid **** like this is going to swing control of Congress back to Republicans, you watch.

    Gee whiz! A bunch of people who thought Pence had unilateral authority to reject electoral votes now think they have the clout to lecture Biden on how the constitution works. Don'y you think the commission will educate him about the constitutional issues, long term effects as well as possible unintended consequences?

    Much better approach than our last president who didn't read the constitution at all and thought Pence could do whatever he wanted.
