Here is a writing that I posted to another forum that should give Mr. Maxime Bernier and Mr. Erin O'Toole a topic worthy of discussion because........ if the majority of the membership of the PPC were to like my proposal and if they were to convince Mr. Bernier to embrace this idea this would mean that the PPC could DIVIDE THE LIBERAL PARTY VOTE....... as opposed to dividing the Canadian conservative vote....... (which would very likely greatly increase the probability for either Mr. Bernier or Mr. O'Toole to become P. M. of Canada and the other one would give the new P. M. their majority of votes in Parliament???????? Adoption of this idea by the PPC could reduce Canada's Liberal Party to third or fourth place rather than number one spot as long as the NDP and the Green Party cooperate with them. That is an interesting way of looking at the whole thing I must admit........ I am not impressed with the vaccines in their present state but I am hopeful that within six months to a year they may be greatly improved and the worst ones of the bunch may already be obsolete. I learned back in 1999 how to really boost my immune system so that I hardly ever get colds anymore..... so I feel relatively well prepared for this thing even without taking any of these present crop of vaccines that almost certainly will not work on the virus as it mutates.
Your analysis would be more valid if Andrew Scheer had formed a minority government in 2019 because Mr. Bernier and Mr. Scheer really disliked each other.......... but although the differences between Mr. Bernier and Mr. O'Toole are serious....... they are not as serious as the practically irreconcilable differences between Mr. Scheer, (who is reported to have snuck in over 7000 less than legitimate memberships into the CPC to push his numbers above those of Mr. Maxime Bernier in the 2017 leadership race)...... If after the next federal election either Mr. Maxime Bernier or Mr. O'Toole have enough seats that the other guy could make him P. M. then they certainly will make an effort to talk to each other very seriously.
Vaccines are likely to improve from what I've read, perhaps to the point soon of a vaccine that works against all coronaviruses. Meanwhile, I hope current versions work well enough to keep SARS-CoV-2 variants under control. You haven't taken an mRNA vaccine against covid? Why not? Aren't you taking a chance? Do you use effective PPE in crowds?
At the moment, Bernier is a spent force in the Conservative Party. His radical politics suffered a mighty blow with the discrediting and defeat of Donald Trump. He should have remained a Conservative. If a more centrist O'Toole can't beat Wunderkind Trudeau, Bernier could have been in a good spot to be the next Conservative leader. Small-c conservatives are itching to get at Trudeau, so much so I doubt Bernier will win a single seat in the next election. O'Toole's best shot will come if something happens to the vaccine rollout, perhaps even over a booster shot next year if there's no election in the Fall and drug companies are unable to develop a cure (Pfizer has said they may have one before 2022).
You could well be correct....... 2019 proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that Splitting the Vote is a pretty serious issue. I voted for Central - Nova PPC candidate Mr. Al Muir whereas my wife voted for CPC candidate Mr. George Canyon. I believe that residents of Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and British Colombia as well as...... residents of all of the northern territories of Canada have a constitution right as well as the economic and artistic freedom to begin discussions on the advantages of making an offer to the USA to become the fifty first State. Proposed Republic of Western Canada and Unified Field Theory of M.W.P. When I first saw the following image it kind of shocked me............ and that power to move us Canadians emotionally has what could be termed "Artistic Value" that can be transformed into political value, diplomatic value, educational value and yes......... ECONOMIC VALUE! Even such topics as this being more seriously discussed is rather bad news for P. M. Justin Trudeau.

My wife is praying about and researching the Pfizer vaccine at this time...... her parents in F...... already took it and she is quite interested due to our very well perhaps needing to travel outside of Nova Scotia within a couple of months.
It could impact whether or not you're able to obtain travel insurance. If you travel to a destination where you need travel insurance, you could find you can't get insurance without being vaccinated. If Bernier is counting on the votes of anti-vaxxers, he's in trouble. Canadians like some libertarian ideas, but definitely support social welfare programs, so there's room in the political middle and very little traction right of mainstream conservatism. Bernier is too far to the right, especially on abortion.

Do some research on Spike Proteins and if you are scheduled for the second shot within a few weeks you may decide against having it? The risk of taking the vaccines is not worth it considering how few actually die from COVID 19 anyway, (once the comparison for deaths from influenza and pneumonia are factored into the overall picture).
Had my second Pfizer. I have researched the vaccines. There's not much risk from the vaccine. Don't kid yourself, covid is more dangerous than the typical seasonal flu and pneumonia.
