Democrats don’t really want to fix problems because if they did they’d have nothing to campaign on during the next election. They’ll promise to turn crap into gold, and when that doesn’t happen they blame the right. And when there is nothing for them to promise they sell fear, global warming is their go-to in that regard as well as lethal white supremacists. When fear doesn’t work they sell racism, sexism, homophobia, Islamophobia, among other things.
