OK ...so what is the issue . If the zygote is a Human - such that it should not be killed - the means of conception is irrelevant - so abortion in the case of rape should be banned. Is this what someone is trying to say ?
It's highly common for women to not know they are pregnant within the 6 week window that Texas allows. Plus, Texas has been aggressively assaulting and closing abortion facilities and family planning facilities where testing is available. There is absolutely NO question that what Texas is doing is seriously impacting the lives of victims of incest and rape.
One problem. Women know immediately they got raped. And then and there they can get an abortion in every state.

There is rape victims who are pro life. Just because they are raped it does not mean they don't want the baby or that they see it as pubishmentml. If a women is raped she can get a abortion or choose to keep the baby. Its not hard to take a pregnancy test if raped. If it was me abortion would be banned even if rape was the cause of pregnancy.
