Oh, so you’re saying that before they learned that strategy, they used to lie.

So, a hospital should not be able to demand that their staff have covid shots or wear masks so they can be free to spread infections among every person they treat. Cause after all, it’s their body and their choice. So essentially, no one should be forced into getting shots who work around children who are not vaccinated. Cause really, the right of adults takes priority over the safety of kids, or the elderly.

How about the requirement for any vaccine, washing your hands or wearing shoes in public places. Cause after all. It’s your body and you have a right to infect anyone, anytime, anywhere with anything.

Since the vaccinated can spread it just as easily what’s the point?

So, vaccinations for covid cause covid ?

Even though one 95% of those hospitalized for covid are unvaccinated, you think vaccinations cause covid. Amazing.

Nope. I just accept the evidence instead of rejecting it. Very simple.

This reflects a misunderstanding of available data, likely spread by partisan sources you refer to. This article offers a relatively in-depth analysis. Please at least read what I quoted below: How do vaccinated people spread Delta? What the science says (nature.com)

"However, vaccinated people with Delta might remain infectious for a shorter period, according to researchers in Singapore who tracked viral loads for each day of COVID-19 infection among people who had and hadn’t been vaccinated. Delta viral loads were similar for both groups for the first week of infection, but dropped quickly after day 7 in vaccinated people4. “Given the high virus levels seen in the first week of illness with Delta, measures such as masks and hand hygiene which can reduce transmission are important for everyone, regardless of vaccination status,” says co-author Barnaby Young, an infectious-disease clinician at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases in Singapore.

One massive analysis of Delta transmission comes from the UK REACT-1 programme, led by a team at Imperial College London, which tests more than 100,000 UK volunteers every few weeks. The team ran Ct analyses for samples received in May, June and July, when Delta was rapidly replacing other variants to become the dominant driver of COVID-19 in the country. The results suggested that among people testing positive, those who had been vaccinated had a lower viral load on average than did unvaccinated people. Paul Elliott, an epidemiologist at Imperial, says that these results differ from other Ct studies because this study sampled the population at random and included people who tested positive without showing symptoms."

Just because the sickest breakthrough cases can have high viral loads (for the first week), doesn't mean it doesn't help on average to reduce transmission. Just doesn't help to the degree that it helped with the original pandemic strain.

Another way vaccination helps is to reduce severity on average. More vaccinated people means fewer covid cases that make their way to the icu, and take beds away from people who had heart attacks.

You reject the cdc, JHU and others acting on evidence that recommends cloth masks instead of expensive surgical / med masks that even you don’t use. BTw, you’ve yet to list all those ways you can stretch out n95 easily by the public. Funny. For the right, it’s monkey see, monkey do the opposite.

You said that not me. I said the vaccinated spread Covid not the vaccines. Fact. Doubling down on silly is not a good look for you.

Well now. All respiratory viruses are the most infectious the first 7 days so this is silly.

It appears to have been an AntiFa mob, but AntiFa could be Left Wingers or Fascists, or white racists, or just FBI agents doing their job - or all of the above.

Need to keep my posts shorter, it seems, so I'll skip the less important point you're trying to address. The more important point was that in the UK study, which was a random sample, vaccinated persons with covid had lower viral loads on average. This means they are less likely to transmit the virus when infected. The problem with the study conservatives cite, which is mentioned in the nature article, is that it was not random. It was symptomatic people with covid, and so in vaccinated people this biases the study against them because they are less likely to be symptomatic in the first place.

Really ? How about 30k false and miss leading claims by party head. Trump. While you can whine about both sides lying and criminality, it’s the gop with over 200 admin felony convictions to one, that makes your fake analogy pretty weak.

That’s weaker. The vaccinated do not spread covid at anywhere near the same same rate, totally wrong on both accounts. I guess you’re arguing in favor of filling hospital beads with unvaccinated adults and canceling healthcare for everything else for everyone else.

pretty weak argument for not vaccinating people. But that’s what we expected

There is no evidence to support cloth masks. None. If there was you or the CDC would be able to put it up on the internet for us to see. Go ahead. Post a trial or peer reviewed study to support the opinion cloth masks are superior. Time for you to man up snd post some solid peer reviewed trial or meta analysis of studies. Go ahead Dagosa. Post it.

I posted a link. Read it. It tells you very easy ways to stretch use of N95’s.
