    I realize that kids at college age are less likely to die from covid than someone of the age of 80. However, they can still spread it, whether vaccinated or not. I do not appreciate students being careless and bringing covid into my class room. That's why I thank God that my university does not have a football team and has a vaccination mandate.

    Doesn't the highlighted part mean that they're "bringing covid into [your] class room" anyways, regardless of the school's vaccination mandate?

    No, they were in the minority. Do you understand the significance of past vs present tense? Last year, Biden supporters might well have been a majority. Today (the "ARE" in your post), they are not.

    Yes, they can, but the infectious period is reduced and, hopefully, the viral load that is emitted, although I am not sure whether there are any comprehensive studies on this subject. Whether vaccinated or not, I'd rather have my students act responsibly and protect themselves and others around them, rather than attending potential super-spreader events, like college football games. I don't understand the mindset of those students. They act like there is no pandemic. Meanwhile, ICU units are overloaded and we still have 1,000+ covid deaths per day. Seems like nobody cares. Go figure.....

    The withdrawal wasn't a "debacle" but I hope the right clings to it because it will cost them in the long run. Biden is far from insane. At least Bush attended a ceremony and not a boxing match.
