General Milley Commits Treason

According to the book “Peril,” written by Washington Post journalists Bob Woodward and Robert Costa, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, General Milley, consulted with his Chinese counterpart in clear violation of law. In addition, he told his subordinates not to take military orders from President Trump but only from him. This is a serious violation of law.

 

Meh, the left thinks violating the constitution and military coups are all the rage.

 

Milley correctly deduced that Trump was insane and would do anything to stay in power. We’re lucky to have Patriots like him in positions of power.

 

Lucky to have traitors… there you have it folks. The left will even defend a clear attempt to conspire against a sitting president with a foreign nation, then complain about Jan 6. Completely crazy

 

Neither you nor Milley have the authority to make such decisions. Milley broke the law clear and simple. Your political views are not law, You are a traitor too if you support Milley's illegal acts. The 25th Amendment exists specifically to remove power from an incapacitated President. Any individual that does it without due process of law is a felon, a criminal and a traitor that should be convicted and jailed. Neither you nor Milley can override the Constitution.

 

One of the most disturbing things I've ever read. This attitude is sickening.

According to my Republican friends on this board, unless he has been charged and convicted of treason then it isn’t actually treason — at least that is the claim they have made with the insurrection. Can you show where he has been both tried and convicted of treason? Thanks in advance

 

Milley had an opinion and he was wrong. He should stick to putting high heels on Seal Team 6 and not tell our enemies something that may cause them to panic and attack us first.

"Insurrection"???? LOLOL... you mean a crowd breaking a few windows and wrecking some property? LOL... you have no idea what you are talking about. An "insurrection" consists of dozens of attacks coordinated to take over communications, law enforcement, the military as well as political objectives coast to coast simultaneously. Attacking ONE BUILDING is as much of an insurrection as burning Minneapolis (alone) was an attempt to take over the entire state of Minnesota.

 

And my liberal friends believed Woodward in the past when he was critical of Trump, is it possible that now they don't?

Who conspired with a foreign nation? Somebody in the other thread on this said that it's common practice for senior staff around heads of state to speak to their counterparts in other countries. I read that he called the guy twice but that's not conspiracy.

 

Milley conferred about oir nuke status with an enemy that has nukes. Very surprising that the Chinese didn't say "The Americans are in disarray at their highest command levels! The are totally confused! We can nuke them now and we're safe! LAUNCH!"

No. That's not how double-standards work. There is one set of rules for the guy they like and a different set of rules for the guy they don't like. It's not connected to any laws, crimes, appearances, etc..

Where did you read that? The only thing I've seen so far is one article and it was said that he spoke to his counterpart before the election in November and then one or two days after the Capitol riot. I did NOT see anything about discussions of nukes.

 

Can't you see this snowlake that called Jan 6 an "insurrection" running home to his mommy as a child after someone slapped him on the playground? "MOMMY! MOMMY! He tried to kille me! He had a knife and a gun! He wanted to kill me then come after YOU! MOMMY! MOMMY!"

 

It all started with nukes. It started when Milley thought that Trump was going to launch on China. That was his great fear that started it all.

 

According to Woodward, China was worried about that as well.

 

That's your opinion, that of someone sitting behind his computer in the comfort of his home.

In other words, you know virtually nothing about what went on behind the scenes in the WH while your MAGA friends were storming the Capitol to overturn the election.

Milley is the Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army - appointed by Trump - and if he and his generals felt that Trump was a serious threat to the security of the country, you and your blind devotion will certainly not convince the majority of voters who kicked him out.
