You seem lost. I'm not arguing the science behind the vaccine, but rather a mandate of it by the federal government.

 

I am not sure about any of that and I don’t know if whatever Biden is doing will work or not. I just deal with reality as it pertains to me. I try to stay away from strangers and crowds unless I really want to go to a crowded place (I am going to Chicago to see the Dead and Company on Friday and Saturday) now I got a vaccine card so if that’s a issue, solved. Otherwise I only wear a mask in places that require one for entry and take it off as soon as I get seated or out. In restaurants you might need one to enter, then drink and eat for hours, the put it on to walk out then pocket it again. I do not know whether or not it does any good but I respect the right of the business which requires it and it does not bother me that much. As far as the job of the government, I have always thought they are overstepping their bounds. I have ignored most of the crap they dictate all my life and have figured out how to get away with doing whatever I want a long time ago. However it is far from being just the Democrats who are always telling us what we can and cannot do. It makes me sick when Highway Partolmen and street cops can dig through your car and look up your ass for drugs too. This kind of crap is most common in deep red states like Texas, Florida, Alabama, Idaho, Nebraska, Kansas and Mississippi. The trick is to figure out where to go and how not to get caught doing whatever you want as long as you are not stealing from or assaulting people. I am 67 years old and have been doing as I please, in other words living free since I was 15....

No court is going to hold Bidens mandate going directly against the constitution. No president has such power.

It may very well have a 99% survival rate but evidently many patients in red states like Alabama can’t even get an ICU bed because they are all filled with unvaccinated Covid patients now. So somethings sure going on there. My ex wife is an oncology nurse at Tarzana Medical Center here in LA and says her hospital is also overwhelmed with unvaccinated Covid patients and when one of her patients got very sick and needed critical care, she had to wait for hours and ended up dying which broke my ex’s heart. Maybe Biden is right in trying to get these people to get vaccinated.
