AGAIN, who TF are YOU to decide for others what the "right" thing is???

HINT: You do NOT have that right.

Teaching through PUNISHING....that's misogynistic.....and shows lack of knowledge of sex ;)

and it Anti-Choicers who want to control and abuse women...and murder them by forcing them to gestate...

Take away women's right to bodily autonomy and they are no more than an animal/cattle, the AIM of Anti-Choicers....just happened in Texas.

I've pointed out the fallacy in what YOU claim is "logic and reasoning".

So, yes - one can look at records and other evidence and find out that what you claimed about the SCOTUS is false.

I most certainly have the right to vote for leaders who will not take away the rights of the unborn. I have that right. And, suggesting that a woman learn from her mistakes is not misogynistic. What you show is the need to control other's beliefs and words. That's fascism and Marxism rolled into one. Who do you think you are? Women, as do men, have a choice to stay within bounds the Lord has set with respect to sexual relations. They do not have a right to murder and will be held accountable. Hopefully, in this life as well as the next.

Ya, do so. What I claim is true. The SCOTUS is not a public committee that openly discusses their cases. In fact, once the SCOTUS judges have heard the case, the decide individually, not as a think tank group.

    .

WHERE TF did I say you didn't have that right ?

I asked, clearly and in English : AGAIN, who TF are YOU to decide for others what the "right" thing is???

No, but punishing her for making what YOU consider a "mistake" IS misogynistic.

    .

Uh, no, that would YOU as shown by all your posts....

You wouldn't know Fascism or Marxism if they bit you in the butt.

I KNOW I'm the person defending women's rights against people who don't think they have any...

YUP! They have a CHOICE....and it's not your business what that choice is...

    .

Abortion isn't murder and you have NEVER proven it is :) :) :)

    Ooooh, there's "punishment" thingy AGAIN !!!!! :)

The line could not be any clearer. One is born, the other is not. Birth is a major event.

    Wrong.

Why not treat a two year old as an adult?Afterall, they are "just on another side of the track". Both are human beings too!

Why do you think fetuses (should) have rights?

Abortion is not anything close to murder.

Because those things viokate other people's rights. Abortion does not.

This is such a fifthe grader level of an argument. Are you really not smarter than this?

    Why?

    Why should she?

    Take a closer look, Mr.Jefferson.

    WHAT? :roflol:

The Unborn™ have no rights to be taken away.

    [QUOTE9I have that right.[/QUOTE]
You want to use your vote to grant that which has no rights rights because your God told you to do so. That is a perversion of Western - and especially American - democracy.

    What mistake did she make?

You are using very big words like "Fascism" and "Marxism" completely out of context which makes me doubt you have any clue about what they actually mean.

The truth is that no one who is pro-abortion is trying to control other's beliefs, that action comes from those who oppose abortion as it is the anti-abortionists who are trying to impose their Christian code onto the secular. What about my secular beliefs?

Yeah, thanks for coming clear about your religious beliefs. It is no clear you are not to be taken seriously. You are religious and as far as abortion goes, you cannot be reasoned with.

    Bye.

No, the SCOTUS issues ONE decision. There are often dissenting opinions, but that is irrelevant to the decision of that court.

And, they absolutely do hold open court argument as well as recorded question sessions on important issues - even stuff like the "cake" cases.

But, why bother attempting to controvert the unassailable facts of our legal system?

I don't believe that is the foundation for your concern about abortion.

I've suspected your actual foundation was based in your religious belief and thus I've cited the Bible rather than SCOTUS records.

Punishment for murder is appropriate. Abortion is murdering male and female babies. What about the rights of the woman babies that are murdered through abortion?
The definition of murder is killing innocent persons for personal purpose and pleasure. That is abortion. They are my brothers and sisters in the Lord and so it is my business to protect the innocent who cannot do so themselves.

Yes and no disagrees with that.

No babies are killed in an abortion.

    A fetus has no rights.

That is not true. A murderer's victim is not always "innocent" and it does not have to be done for personal pleasure.

You do not even know the definition of "murder", so why should we trust you on abortion?

What is the definition of person you are using here?

    No.

    God is not an argument.

Are you this keen on "protecting the innocent who cannot do so themselves" as a principle? What about immigrants? What about "Big Tech" and vaccine-producers? What about protecting the unwillingly pregnant? More importantly, why is it any of your business?

Maybe you should join a group working to feed your "brothers and sisters in the Lord" who are starving to death right now.

Sorry mate - but the above is born out of obscene misunderstanding.. on the part of someone you have been blindly following - trying to make up after the fact rational for such belief.

    1) Punishment should fit the crime - murder for murder aka "Lex Talionis" - except for one small problem - While all people (sans those in loony bin) - believe a living human who has been born and walking around for a few years - is a living human. The number of folks who think a single human cell is a living human is considerably less. The number of subject matter experts .. very few.

but so much for the opinion of others on the status of the zygote. You wish to kill people on the basis of killing the zygote - or at minimum lock them away for life. You want to do so on the basis of an opinion that you can't back up on a secular basis.

Let us hope that others do not start randomly making law on the basis of opinions they can't back up.

but let us dispense with the secular justification for now.. If we do continue later - provide a secular definition of a Human on which this opinion of yours is based.

    2) If your rational is Religions - you can forget the Bible as it does not support your abortion claim - quite the contrary - YHWH seems to enjoy the slaughter of the innocents ..

The Bible does however help to refute your legal position .. so Biblically you argument is toast ..

Dogma - We have religious Dogma -such as the concept of ensoulment by the Catholic Church - in one form or another this is the only thing a Christian can turn to.

Given the list of "uninspired" edicts by the Popes over the years .. Cats were at one point declared Satanic spurring a rash of cat killing and torture throughout Christendom .. Think we can rule out religious certainty.

So then - .. Do you figure the zygote has a soul - or does it arrive sometime later ? and "WHY" do you believe this.. and why should I not only believe this - but set out to kill folks who violate this belief.

and finally - so when that woman is caught procuring an abortion pill because the condom broke - would you be willing to be the one to pull the trigger ?

Yes it does. And, it doesn't matter because today, the Lord communicates his doctrine and commandments through his prophets of today. Perhaps I should use "Homicide" instead. Then you can label what level of killing of innocent babies this is. I call it 1st degree murder while others would say manslaughter. It's premeditated murder for money. That's right, money! So a woman can keep developing her career instead of her career and child. Selfishness...

It's your belief that a fetus has no rights. That can be changed by Congress. Congress could write laws that specifically state a fetus has rights. I believe there is nothing written in the Constitution that does not protect the rights of a fetus. They are persons. And, because I and many others believe the same way, we have the duty and right to fight for their rights to live.

    Here's the NEVER Answered Question:

What rights do you want a ZEF to have that don't interfere with the rights of the person they are in?

See, despite Anti-Choicer's disappointment, women still have rights. Despite Anti-Choicers trying to turn them into nothing more than broodstock women are still humans and have rights..

A fetus is not a person. The constitution is about persons.

Besides, are you going to propose assigning legal council to embryos?

At least you acknowledged the baby is in the care of the landlord. While the landlord of an apartment is prohibited from certain legal things established by the government they are in, the tenants also have rights as well. Lawmakers and courts have also limited abortion under certain circumstances like what trimester is the abortion done. Congress never wrote a law approving of abortion. The U.S. Supreme Court wrote that law. They legislated from the bench. They used amendments that had nothing to do with abortion to do it. There are two personages involved and they both have rights. And, the last polls I looked at, the time in which abortions are committed makes a difference on whether the people approve. Most people believe that a fetus is a person. Science has helped with this as we know what fetuses are and look like.
Have you had children? I played with my children while they were in the womb. They would push out with their feet. I'd push back and they would respond. Back and forth. They are alive like you and me. They just get their oxygen in a different way unless that mother suffocates them killing them.

I don't promote abortion, either. Where did you get THAT idea?

What it DOES show is that government following god's law held the fetus to be a possession.
