Worried Trump could 'go rogue,' Milley took top-secret action to protect nuclear weapons

I've been saying this for a few times now, but I'll say it one more time.

Milley must have calmed China's concerns.

It was China's defense minister who contacted Milley to ask if China should fear instability caused by Trump.

Because China feared Trump would launch an attack to keep himself in power.

Do you understand what I just wrote?

 

Its not US policy to alert subjects of a military attack, before the attack and its not US policy for the joint Chief of staff to approve ANY military action.

There was no attack...either in works or planned. He wasn't exercising any "operational commend." He was only restating U.S. policy toward China and telling his counterpart, if it changes, I'll let you know.

 

You're juggling the timeline. On January 6th, an attempt at sedition was made for the purpose of stopping a constitutional and statutory process. It failed. On January 7th, order had been reestablished and it was - internationally - business as usual. For a brief moment on January 6th, the U.S. experienced a coup attempt and the world was worried...both about the sanity of the President and what would come next...ranging from the Chinese to the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Milley was telling the Chinese and Pelosi..."we survived the attempt at the overthrow of the 2020 election and it was back to business as usual.

 

Trump did not hint he would attack anybody. Milley knew that. And no Haspel did not approve Milley calling the communists.

And the day of the so called riot, why were none of the visitors rioting? CNN showed visitors walking around inside the velvet ropes and not even yelling. CNN lied it's ass off.

There was no sedition. The attorneys for the Government do not even have those charges filed against any of them. And they were not carrying guns as CNN claims.

All Milley amounts to is some man who being in the Army tells the president things.

 

Haspel probably agreed with Milley...but she can be called to testify under oath...as can Milley and Trump. As for Trump, it was his stability and sanity with which the world was concerned. With the video of the Capitol attack and the Trump flags...it appeared to many around the world that he had initiated a coup attempt to try and overthrow the 2020 election. There are thousands upon thousands of "contacts" such as the one between Milley and his counterpart in China. If you want to canvas global worry about Trump's sanity, go for it. Could start with our State and Defense Departments to see how many similar conversations were occurring in the January 6th aftermath.

 

That's crazy talk. There is plenty of video showing the violence of the attack. Over 600 have been arrested. The Capitol Building was "officially closed" that day to tourists. Anyone inside was trespassing at a minimum. Those who smashed windows and doors and overturned barriers and fought with law enforcement are guilty of worse and will be indicted and tried accordingly.

 

Your trouble is you believed the Jake Tappers of the world and it was you being nervous.
Trump did believe and does believe he got the required votes to win and that is still being investigated by experts.

 

Let's see...first you say, "Milley won't come out and say he did not call them," then you say, "his story differs from yours." If he hasn't said anything, how do you know whether or not the story differs.

 

No there is not video of violence.
There is video of a rogue cop shooting a woman after glass was broke but those with her did not get killed.
Also behind her were 3 armed cops who had not drawn their guns either.

 

Firearms are not the sole "deadly weapons." Bear spray...flag poles...or anything that may be injurious is considered, by law, to be a weapon. Saying..."well...there were no guns" is a stupid argument.
Charges have been filed. Some are still waiting to plead. One today, an oath keeper, pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge and agreed to turn states' evidence. I am guessing, but I suspect that between 100 and 200 will be charged with felonies ranging from a simple assault to attempted murder in the conduct of an attempt at sedition.

 

He has statutory authority as the principal advisor to the President on military matters and sits on the National Security Council. You seem to think of the President as some sort of "absolute authority?" He isn't. There are plenty of constitutional and legal restrains on what he can and can't do. Initiating a nuclear war falls in the latter category.

 

Somewhere today I read the statement he released. And he does not even claim he called them.

 

Nobody has been charged with sedition. And nobody has been charged for carrying a gun. And no officer was injured by the visitors.

 

Milley and Piglousey should be charged with attempted coup.

 

Sorry...but there is plenty of video on the violence. How do you think they are tracking many of the arrested down? If you cannot admit to the violence you're no longer credible.
