Summary: Please use the N95 Surgical mask.
    Avoid trusting cloth masks.

    This came from a Doctor.

Any Doctors here would be helpful to the discussion.

The recommendations by US experts to wear cloth masks and to NOT WEAR N95 and equivalent masks killed tens to hundreds of thousands of US citizens. Full stop.

I will not forget nor forgive because they knew better. It was intentional.

I will get a fresh shipment of N95 masks tomorrow. Fortunately I am not in need of leaving my home.

I researched both the N95 and the KN95 and selected the N95.

Good choice. Buy domestically produced N95s. The US manufacturers who invested millions of dollars and increased production are on the verge of bankruptcy because nobody wants to buy their product now. The CDC and NIH have told the lie “cloth masks are as good as N95s” for so long people now believe the lie.

Definitely I purchased made in USA masks. I will get 20 of them tomorrow. I understand they are good for 3 uses if correctly sanitized. I am looking into VHP as we speak.

Any covering limits output, specific coverings as needed to limit input. But if everyone wore at least a 3 ply mask the output would be so greatly limited that it would rise to the equivalent level of a superior input protective mask.

Its such a simple concept yet there are still millions of anti-maskers that don't (or wont) get it.

Masks do not stop viruses (not even N95 masks).

Neither do vaccinations stop viruses from spreading.

While N95's filter out much finer particulate than cloth and paper masks do, they still won't filter out viruses.

Personally, I leave my home all the time and do not wear a mask anywhere I go. I prefer freedom over both fear and tyranny.

I now even have a "Do you still feel free?" shirt that I will be wearing here and there to bring attention not only to the tyranny that the government is inflicting upon us but also bringing attention to the shackles of fear that many people are bound to.

Condoms do not always work. But if you want to get a disease, do not use one.

Sneezes are wet. I like the fact my masks have 6 layers.
But feel free to accept wet snot.

If you have not got ill, seems you know what to do.

I am very seldom exposed. But what the hell, i will use this one due to the added protection.

I am exposed to numerous huge sneezes per day at work. I am not the slightest bit worried about it. I have not been sick in years.

My "protection" is my immune system and my species appropriate diet.

Kind of vague. Specifically how do you toughen up your blood cells?

Mostly consisting of meat and associated animal products. (This can include things such as hamburger, ham, steak, chicken, fish, pork chops, eggs, milk, cheese, etc. etc.)

IOW, the complete opposite of a vegan.
