I agree, that is what I am saying, it should be mandatory for Schools and Churches to call the police when they suspect someone was sexually abused or raped

Virginia Democrats Voted to Allow Schools to Refrain from Reporting Sexual Battery in 2020.

Now the Loudoun County Public Schools tried "to conceal the rape of a 15-year-old female student by a male student wearing a skirt in the girls’ bathroom."

The school attempted to keep the rape quiet by "actively misinforming the public — in an effort to change school policy to allow biological males into female restrooms and locker rooms. At a school board meeting on transgender guidance held less than a month after the attack, Loudoun County Public Schools superintendent Scott Ziegler announced that “to my knowledge, we don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms.”"

This is exactly what we warned would happen.

Virginia dad vilified for defending daughter shows rot at heart of system.
Now they claim that they promptly reported the rape to the police, which makes the superintendents denial that the rape occurred rather baffling.

I chose the police....but only because you didn't have the option for "self".

Anyone that rapes my babygirl had better hope that the police catches them first. Because if I get ahold of them first they're going to live the remainder of thier short life in excruciating pain. And I won't care about going to prison over it.

Yes we do. Because politically correct "trans coverup mode" was fully engaged.

Hard to know right now. The principal should have immediately called police, and yet, facts indicate that they did not. Why? the perp seems to be a minor bisexual boy who wears a skirt, and we can't have bad press for, can we say it yet?, trans kids and the state of VA's ridiculous put men in women's bathrooms campaign.

And yes, always call the police. The perp should have been immediately arrested and put in jail, not allowed to continue to attend school as if nothing happened. That this perp also raped another child at the same school while in school should tell you just how miserably the PC administration of that school failed their duties.

The father did involve the police. The school seems to have actively tried to interfere with the investigation, and allowed said rapist to continue to attend the school where they raped yet another girl.

So, if you had any doubt about who is to blame here, democrats voted to allow schools to cover up crimes against the children in their schools. The children aren't safe in the hands of democrats.

Caught in the web of their own disastrous policies, democrats are looking for anyone else to blame shift to. This is the kind of stuff politicians should go to jail for.

The democratic legislature and the democratic governor of the state of VA passed the enabling legislation that created these conditions. The democratic school board created the rules local schools had to use to allow a bisexual boy in a skirt access to the girls bathrooms. The school board continues to act as if no crime occurred at all, in spite of the now serial rapist having been associated with two separate rapes. The democrat who is the principal of the school chose not to involve the police because of the state law that didn't require them to report the rape to the police. There is a very clear chain of events here. Democrats in the state of VA created the conditions that led to this set of regrettable and dangerous environment for the school aged kids in VA. That isn't an accident, it isn't a whoopsie... it's adult democrats purposefully implementing these policies.

You suggest it has nothing to do with democrats, and yet, ALL of the facts suggest that absent democrats, this would never have happened.

I recommend law enforcement also, but if they were inactive, my insanity might cause me to execute the law myself if only for the love of my daughter to show her my value for her.

So before these policies were implemented, there was some kind of mystical protection against rape in the school?

How would you characterize the actions of the school, the board and the enabling legislation produced by the democratic legislative majority and the actions of the governor here?

In what way? This is a nationalized agenda of the democratic party being executed in Virginia. If you, as a democrat, are horrified by their actions and policy, what are you doing to reign your party in?

Yes, the massive failed obsolete land based school is a dangerous boondoggle that should have been scrapped and replaced decades ago.

It is the kind of stuff that should generate a credible political opposition. Do not hold your breath.
