It's not clear what is going o at SWA. It appears that the union pilots don't want to be force vaxxed. There is no justification for force vaxxing the naturally immune other than maybe the vaxx manufacturers bought Hunter's art.

As I posted a few days ago, the Southwest Airlines Union filed a suit to block the vaccine mandates a mere six days ago. These vaccine mandates are undoubtedly a major cause of these sickouts, but it can't be confirmed by leadership due to legalities.

Yes and the original lawsuit goes back starting September when the collective bargaining agreement ended. The union is contending that under the CBA, Southwest cannot implement new rules and regulations until a new CBA is signed. Southwest began changing schedules and pay rates due to COVID which really pissed off the union. So the COVID mandate issue really isn't about individual rights and freedoms, it's about the CBA and contending Southwest cannot contractually implement new conditions and rules of employment until a new CBA is signed.

You don't want your employer to implement new rules while you are negotiating, so this is more of a bargaining chip and not an issue of fundamental rights of the individual like conservatives are making it out to be.
