I guess that varies from superhero to superhero. Wonder Woman is effectively immortal, as is Superman, although being immortal means that they don't age, not that they can't be killed. Wolverine would also be effectively immortal, although in Logan, he was slowly dying from the Adamantium poisoning his healing ability.
