Mr. Trump is not exactly a gifted speaker. His imprecision bit him more than once, and this was one of those times. The courts used his own words in their rulings as they were overturning his various travel bans.

Again, missing the point of this thread. But those countries are 90%+ black. It is obvious Mr. Biden's hysterical xenophobic policy is aimed at "those people" due to its long history of racism, starting with keeping black students out of Beau and Hunter's schools when it served as a senator, claiming he did not want the lillywhite schools to become a "racial jungle." Even the black(ish) menstruating person who became VP called out its history of racism.
