I know Buri. I’m just here teasing all of these freaks who seem so enamored by this kid. I predict he will be a regular on the Trump circus next spring. I am actually glad he did not get convicted of murder and sentenced to decades in prison. However I do think that he was itching to take his new toy out and blast someone. He obviously had little or no parental supervision and was hanging out with some loser gun nuts instead of playing ball and chasing tail like a red blooded American kid. I hope he stays out of trouble and straightens out.

1. You misquoted the tape. Why?
2. Is the voice on the tape really Rittenhouse?
3. Who made the recording?
4. Has the recording been tampered with?
5. What were the armed people doing?
6. Where is the video of KR punching the "girl"?
7. When was this recording discovered?
8. When was this recording first broadcasted?

 

Free speech is great....admissible in court too...Unless the judge is in the bag...

You keep going back to that. I do not have possession of that tape. The DA in Kenosha evidently did and was prevented from using it because it was deemed inadmissible on the grounds that it was prejudicial. In a civil case there is a good chance it will be authenticated and admitted. My guess is that even if Rittenhouse admits that he said these things and the other tape is released of him playing vigilante and punching a girl in the back that you and the rest of the Kyle fanboys will say it does not matter.

And your position is what? That the prosecution wanted the video admitted as evidence but his defense lawyers never claimed it wasn't Kyle? Anything else?

 

The defense lawyers did not have to prove it was not Kyle.

 

The prosecution didn't have to prove it was, because it was. If it wasn't they knew the defense would object. They didn't. Instead, they relied on the bias of the judge to not allow it to be admitted as evidence.

 

The Kenosha News story states that the girl he punched was attacking KR's sister.
Assuming this happened - so what?

The recording might be useful for a corporate media defendant in a defamation action depending on the answers to the questions I raised.

 

The news says nothing about it they're probably doing some of it because the judge wouldn't bend to the desires of the media. And also one of their producers got caught trying to tamper with the jury.

So they have an entire carton of egg on their face and so the people who are making death threats to this judge who aren't part of the media they view it as just desserts.

 

I don’t think this kid is going get hundreds of millions from any media companies but we’ll see. The whole incident was a damn shame for a lot of people. Hopefully this kid will not be running around the streets playing soldier again.

I think young Kyle’s remarks in the recording are very relevant to what type a guy he is. He’s running around town with a bunch of idiots playing detective cop a couple weeks before he killed a couple people with his “fvcking AR”. Suggesting that he would start shooting if only he had it. He was not working security for CVS. He was not a member of any law enforcement agency. He was just riding around looking for trouble. He was obviously champing at the bit to get that weapon and mete out some Kyle justice. It also appeared that the people he wanted to fire some rounds at were all African Americans. I hope he is deposed soon by Huber’s lawyer and is forced to testify under oath regarding what he was doing there, who was with him and why he wanted to unload his “fvckin AR” at these people. I think it would be interesting. Don’t you?

My position is that this recording is not likely to help corporate media defendants when KR sues them for defamation.

 

IMO, the MSM should settle fast and not quibble over a few hundred million.
