That's what CRT demonstrates. They don't need "special help". They just need a level playing field. And, as the OP demonstrates, we don't have that.

CRT demonstrates nothing and presumes everything.

The TITLE is a rhetorical question. As proven by the fact that the OP answers it.

God! Nevermind. You are doing everything you can to not address studies, reports, analysis... FACTS... which are laid out in the OP.

You have no answer. And in 76 pages of this thread, NO right-winger CRT denier has any answer other than, like you, trying to change the subject. Therefore, my case is made.

    Thanks for playing...

In large part they have created their own uneven playing field. There are too many black leaders who spend too much time criticizing everyone else. The blacks do not take advantage of as much of the free education and there are far too many broken homes and one parent families.

As the OP demonstrates, all evidence indicates that they are stopped, arrested and convicted more frequently... NOT that they commit more crime.

So if you have nothing to contribute other than myths that were already debunked on the OP, I guess my job is done.

    Thanks for playing....

As I said, your very first link did not say what you claimed it said. I don't indulge liars.

But there is objective evidence that they do commit more crime.

Blacks murder about the same number of blacks that whites murder whites. They do it with one seventh the population.

    Certainly.
    From the OP:

Here are some examples of what CRT teaches. It teaches that studies and independent analysis SHOW...

...that black people are seven to eight times more likely to be stopped and searched than whites, when there is no cause.
    https://thehill.com/homenews/state-...-likely-than-whites-to-be-subjected-to-police

The link has nothing to do with being stopped or searched.

You're right. It says 7 times more likely to have encounters with police. It doesn't say how or why this happens. And my guess would be it happens mostly because of the poverty and culture of those particular neighbourhoods. It says nothing of if police will stop black or white people more than the other in similar circumstances. That is presumed. The racism angle is presumed in this case, not demonstrated. But that does NOT mean racism isn't also a major factor here. They just failed to show it.

That's pretty common for CRT. It presumes racism explains everything, when it doesn't.

In fact it's about violent encounters, but I take your point.

Arrest records are "EVIDENCE". Conviction records are evidence. Victim reports are evidence. The fact that some incidences of murder go unreported, and others where the murderers race is unknown and others where murderers are falsely accused doesnt negate the determination that blacks are more likely to commit murder. By arrest records,56% in 2020. Probably 30% of all murders go unsolved where no one is arrested. 40% for black murder victims. So the 30% un solved murders of black victims are also more likely committed by blacks. The 56% black figures on arrest for murder dont include many of the murders occurring in inner cities like Chicago where the victims and perpetrators are black.

Its the high crime rates of those neighborhoods. Back in the 70s discrimination took the form of big city Police departments avoiding proactive policing in the high crime black neighborhoods who resisted such measures. Proactive police measures in high crime areas leads to a racial disparity in encounters with police.
Men are probably 7 times more likely to have encounters with police (excluding traffic tickets) than women. We dont scream sexism. We know men are more likely to engage in crimes that bring about encounters and the use of force by the police.

There is also some sexism involved. Men do get harsher treatment for the same crimes, as the men as aggressor woman as victim societal expectation plays out. And if a woman attacks a man and he calls the police, he is often presumed to have attacked her instead, so he is the one who gets taken in.

Racial bias can be studied similarly, but agendas usually get in the way and racism is presumed and virtue signaled instead of objectively studied. Something like CRT could be helpful if done objectively, but instead it usually becomes worthless and even counterproductive.

From the study referenced in the link

All of that means that the police in Minneapolis used force against black people at a rate at least seven times that of white people during the past five years.
https://www.nytimes.com/interactive...at of white people during the past five years.
    Now... RETRACT!!!!

Yes. But can't you see that isn't the same as what you initially claimed? It doesn't say police are more likely to be violent towards a given black person for being black.

This is like saying white people on average pay higher taxes, without noting that white people on average have more income, and concluding that the tax code is racist against white people.

Arrest records are evidence of ARRESTS. The OP already showed that black people are ARRESTED more often. You claimed they COMMIT more crimes. Prove it!!!!

I gave five links. Each one proves part of my assertion. No serious analysis will claim to read what is on a cop's mind. But they show a pattern. Because institutional racism is a pattern.

But that's irrelevant. The poster accused me of LYING!

If you deny that the pattern exists, then argue that. Don't try to excuse a poster who insulted me only because he is incapable of addressing EVIDENCE.

That's exactly what is says, and it confirms the lie in the post. The link says nothing about being stopped or searched, which was your claim. In your own words you have confirmed the accuracy of my post.

I already proved it. Blacks tend to kill blacks at about the same number that whites kill whites. They do it with one seventh of the population

Just to further expand on that. Most killings of blacks take place in black neighborhoods and most killings of whites take place in white neighborhoods. Blacks rarely enter white neighborhoods to kill whites and whites rarely enter black neighborhoods to kill blacks. The number of crimes of blacks and whites occur in about that same seven to one ratio. Circumstantial evidence, but very convincing circumstantial evidence.

No!!!! My claim is that five links I submitted under that claim, are evidence of a pattern. I did not submit one link. I submitted five!

And if you disagree with the conclusion, then you show evidence that is contrary to those FIVE links. You give arguments. Which is what you have been trying to avoid all throughout this thread.

So, instead of doing that, you called me a liar! I may be guilty of many things. But lying is not one of them.

So... now it's your time to retract!!!!!

Just ...saying "I already proved it" may be the same as "proving it" when it comes to Fox. Because it's enough for most of their gullible audience. It doesn't quite work here the same.

What part of my proof can you disprove?

Blacks kill black at around seven times the rate of whites kill whites. Do you think their crimes are limited to killing each other?

Sorry, but your claim was not supported by your first link, and as I posted, I stopped at that point because “Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus.” What is needed now is your apology.
