Yeah... that's what people do when they don't have an argument. Those of us who have a real point don't have a problem repeating our arguments when necessary.

So you prefer to debate whether it's "prone to error" or not rather than whether it actually IS in error or not. I have seen right-wingers use that obvious strawman, but hadn't seen a left winger do that in this forum.

It would be beneficial if you could keep to yourself that you consider yourself to be on the left. It might give the rest of us who are here to discuss SUBSTANCE, a bad name.

There is no PROOF that they commit murder more often. And you won't show any because there ISN'T any.

    So ... thanks anyway.

Critical race theory is being rebranded to "equity" so anybody paying attention don't be fooled

The "equity" game they play has been around for a very long time, and is especially tragic because equity actually has a real meaning in law.

I'm just saying be aware of the name change.

It's the same garbage just by another name.

People tend to do this give things names that implies something so that if you disagree with it they can say oh you're not a blank or you are a blank.

Think about the Patriot act this was the government creating a law that says they can spy on you and if you had a problem with it they would say "what are you not a patriot?"

BLM is the same way. If you disagree with their Marxist underpinnings they'll ask you what do you think black lives don't matter.

It's just a form of blackmail.

It's also a re-branding of equal outcomes which Marxists have been all about for their entire existence.

Indeed, and it's equity, not equality, for a reason.

As F.A. Hayek pointed out in The Road to Serfdom, you can't achieve equal outcomes without treating people unequally, and true to form, these Marxists are no more interested in equality and treating people equally than their Marxist predecessors were.

That is a way to decipher this critical race theory which as you so eloquently put it is just Marxism.

In fact I'll go as far as to say CRT it's just rebranding of Marxism.

Seems to give it a more academic sounding gloss

    Just like Critical Theory.

Marx himself was a "critical theorist"...

Let's not forget that the reason why we're talking about this is because it's being implemented in schools. And let's also not forget Merrick Garland's connection to it.

Members of his family create and sell the materials that schools use to implement this.

    Orgy porgy Ford and fun

You claimed the link supported your assertion. The link was not about your assertion. Your claim was therefore false. I consider the matter closed.

    That's all it is.

The only difference between Marxist Critical Theorists and Marxist Critical Race Theorists is that the latter replaced class with race, and class warfare with race warfare.

As is the case with Critical Theory, which is also a product of Marxist academia.

they actually don't separate the two.

Did you hear that Freudian slip from Biden when he was running for president.

Poor kids are just as smart just in talented as white kids.

He actually said that that is racism that he has a spouse not that the media made up and applied to him or misinterpreted out of his statements.

Race is just class it's the same thing

Even wealthy black people have less privilege than a homeless white man.

I would call it antiacademia. We know more left-wing more Marxist prone people are going to be in the upper echelons of academia because of the way it works.

But when they subvert knowledge to produce Marxism that is faux academia. And I stand by the viewpoint that people trying to fake it or against the real thing if they weren't they would do the real thing.

I know colleges are infested with this but I think it does US best not to confuse scholarship knowledge and the pursuit thereof with this anti-knowledge and anti-scholarship and the pursuit to subvert.

Baby academics have too much power in our culture and I think that's the case. But beyond that knowledge and scholarship are good things in and of themselves.

We now know why Merrick Garland called parents who fight against this terrorists.

I was in a big fan of Mitch McConnell before I learned this but the fact that he kept that piece of crap out of the Supreme Court means that he is an American hero

It also isn't Equity. Equity, clean hands doctrine, has a centuries long history in English common law, and has nothing to do with race.

I keep hearing that claim, and I don't buy it. I don't believe that the CRT people are about equal outcome. I think they are for equal outcome in only one direction. As was noted above, you never see CRT of the NBA and demands to lower the bar for white basketball players.

Let me explain my previous post and response to this.

These people are trying to get conservatives to curse academia and many do that's the whole point of infiltrating and don't worry it's been going on long before even the US existed.

But what they do when they get conservatives to say academia Is A wasteland as they can point to them and say look they don't except science they despise the whole process.

I advise if you're going to talk about academia be sure to separate so academia from real scholarship and knowledge

Marxists are very good at manipulating language.

I've brought this analysis of the radical Left's tactics and strategy in the context of its Nihilism but consider it again within the context of the manipulation of language in the quest for power:

And how have Marxists and their various "critical" theorists refused to shoulder the responsibility of their failed theory/agenda that has caused so much human and material carnage throughout the world since the mid-1800s?

The late great Jean-François Revel explained this at length in his last book - Last Exit to Utopia: The Survival if Socialism in a Post-Soviet Era. From the book jacket:

Well equal outcome is more nefarious than it sounds and I think by design.

What equal outcome means is removal of merit. So that the outcome for everyone is poverty.

A person that focuses on the grades in high school and make sure they get high grades and then goes to college and make sure they do all their school work and puts in the time to get the grades they need to then go on to medical school put in the hours and the service and the work and the discipline to graduate medical school then the discipline end work it takes to get selected for residency and succeed in your residency and then move on to becoming a surgeon doesn't matter. Anybody can be a surgeon if they want to

Whether they have the ability and drives to put in the work or not so it kind of devalues the accomplishment to the point where accomplishing people won't do it. And it comes down everything.

Every single society we've seen in the history of the world that has practiced this has devolved into a wretched hellhole where people are slaughtering pets and zoo animals just so they don't starve to death.

Equality of outcome means everyone's outcome is the same which means nobody will work hard enough to do better because of their life isn't improved by it.

When someone says equality of outcome they're trying to dress up famine and the Nationwide starvation.

Trying to put it in a pretty package so people will say oh that's good when it really means they are going to be devalued to the level of a poverty stricken person. We can't raise everybody up to Bill Gates level or upper middle class level there's just not enough money even if there was if we did that middle upper middle class now would be poverty after it happened think about Germany prior to Civil War. They had a problem with their money you couldn't find a wheelbarrow big enough to carry it to carry enough money to the store to buy a loaf of bread.

It asks people to value things that are not valuable.

That's what it feels every single time and that's why equality of outcome should send chills down your spine.

Marxists have never been about equal outcomes. The only thing they care about is power.

But what makes you think race hustlers are about equality of outcome? I think they are simple race hustlers, out to profit and gain power, and some are out for race war and racist historical vengeance.

I don't see anything here about equality of anything. If they wanted equality, we wouldn't be hearing things like "black people can't be racist" from them.

I think this "CRT is Marxism" thing is mostly a right wing scare tactic, because people in the USA fear communism and socialism.

And your words against equalizing outcome are true, when taken to extremes. But some social programs, regulation, monopoly busting, and redistribution of wealth is good for society. Another nightmare would be if a small handful of people had all the wealth and everyone else was a wage slave at their mercy. Balance is needed.

Oh absolutely race hustlers are out for money like Jesse Jackson and Al sharpton I don't really consider them in the realm of critical race theory. Critical race series champions by school district and administrators and departments of education. Not race hustlers I don't think the race hustlers even have the first clue about what it is all they do is extort people into donating and supporting them.

Critical Race Trove From California District Tells Students How To Use Witchcraft On People Who Say ‘All Lives Matter.’

“One section titled ‘Hex’ tells the reader, ‘Hexing people is an important way to get out anger and frustration.’ It becomes increasingly deranged, suggesting that those who say ‘all lives matter’ or commit ‘microaggressions,’ should be targeted. ‘Write your own hex poem, cursing that person,’ it instructs.”

Another school district out of control.
