Can you clarify what you meant by "We were supposed to be underwater now over a dozen times." If you don't how am I supposed to have a debate with you? If you think I'm making a fallacy, refute the strawman! Tell me what you really meant!

Good, now we know how to ask a question like an adult.

Yes I can. When I said we I wasn't being specific. I was referring to coastal areas.

The people that came to my school to talk to us about this told us or city was going to be underwater by 2003.
I'm not interested in debate, I find it rather pointless and immature. Case and point our discussion up to this point. But pro tip when somebody points or a fallacy you made it's best to correct it. If you can't debate because you use broken logic it's nobody's fault but yours.
I did multiple times. I never mean the stupid things you say. I mean only the words I say.

This is debate, you just suck at it.

    You're not paying attention.

This requires action ONLY from those who say they want action. All they have to do - since they claim to care and all - is immediately reduce their individual footprints by 90%.

If you're now saying that even those people don't actually give a ****, then why do you believe anything they say about the matter? Why are you informed by people who are proving themselves liars?

So now that I clarified can we move on to the next straw man you make or are you finished?

I think the biggest contribution the climate change people offer the world is hot air.

They have two options. Then can move into tents, or continue as they are but stop pretending they care.

The BS "third option" they actually take, does more damage than just their own personal (massive) footprints.

I like that they are hypocrites. It undermines the narrative. Kind of like champagne socialists.

True, but it also reinforces the idea that no one need lift a finger to address climate change. For me, that's a problem.

Well I don't think anybody can do anything to address climate change. Climate change has been occurring for millennia. It is a natural process. But we should be doing is figuring out how to thrive during different periods in the climate a warmer more CO2 Rich climate would probably not be that hard to thrive in. Print life will be abundant therefore the herbivores we eat will be abundant.

The only shift we need to worry about is if it's just toward a more cold environment that requires more to survive. And that's what we should be focused on surviving not controlling the planet's temperature we can't.

I agree. But I also think that those who claim to want climate action should be reducing their footprints by at least 90% - because that alone would immediately impact the acceleration of man-made environmental damage. Their profligacy alone accounts for the largest percentage of the damage. If those many millions of Climate Warriors take the action they claim that they want, then the rest can continue living as they see fit. Everyone wins!

I think the hypocrites should keep running their mouths and destroy the religion.

Real conservationists are still real conservationists and because they're real and you talk about things in reality they will persist where these hypocrites will not
