Prophetic "beast" from the Apocalypse - new UN statue

The UN erected a giant statue in front of its headquarters in New York that reminded many of the "beast" from the Apocalypse.

“The first is like a lion, but he has eagle's wings; I watched, until his wings were torn out, and he was lifted up from the ground, and stood on his feet like a man, and a human heart was given to him, "- the book of the prophet Daniel, Chapter 7, verse 4.

The beast itself was personified with the hegemon of that time - the Babylonian kingdom. The loss of wings is the loss of the kingdoms ruled by Babylon.
"And he stood on his feet like a man, and his heart was given to him" - if you take the king of Babylon Nebuchadnezzar, then, after losing his wings, he was, as it were, returned from heaven to earth, he became an ordinary man.
If this is generally understood in relation to Babylon, then this may mean that the Babylonians, after the death of Belshazzar and the transfer of power to the Medes and Persians, understood that they "have a low and weak nature."

Who in the 21st century is the world hegemon do you need to remind? Is the UN hint clear?

I wonder why they didn't put a rainbow flag next to the monument? Today, in the US and the EU, this is an important attribute of "democracy".

 

Prophetic is close. I would call it pathetic. I hope they didn't pay a lot of money for that.

Well, we are referred to as the New Babylon.

In the meantime we are heading into WWIII and the important issues of the day is the rainbow flag and alphabet soup.

Baphomet is a fun one. There’s lots of history there, currently it’s used by TST as a sigil.

That's also not the Beast from Revelation. That was Nero. That's been pretty solidly established by numerology of the name (Neron Caesar is 666 in Hebrew numbers.)

You know the UN has basically no power right? Their whole budget is 3.2 billion dollars which is smaller than the budget Burkina Faso.

A mythological creature, a winged lion dates back to ancient times. This flying lion-like creature has origins in Heraldry, Christianity, Mesopotamian, and Greek mythologies.​

I would have preferred a griffen for the UN, since he had zero tolerance towards evil, but it wouldn't conform to our present day actions and mentality. Then again what is evil to one, might not be evil to another, after all it is the UN.

Last time I checked, jaguar and eagle were not on the apocalyptic bete noire list. The apocalypse will wait. No help from the UN in the foreseeable future

Just some thoughts about 666:

An Orthodox Jewish girl told me that the number 6 means incomplete, which would mean it's the number of a man. In Christianity I guess it would be the last and final Antichrist, who will be the culmination of all evil. No one will be able to buy and sell without the number of the beast.

The number 666 is on all the bar codes, and Xi said that human beings should have bar codes as well - so I guess it's not too far off. I also heard mention by the Church that the number 6 relates to the taxation in Israel in the Old Testament.

Anyway, it's not time yet according to the 'credible' Saints, but the preparations are being made towards it. The one world government will be hindered by a world war. Afterwards there will be some decades of peace before the Antichrist, who by the way will be the most brilliant and charismatic man that ever existed and will be voted in as a world leader. He will deceive everyone.

 

Tell that to your government.

I don't buy the "orthodox Jewish girl" rubbish. The Hebrew letter vav - which is the number six in Hebrew - means hook. Six means connection. Six also means completion. Six also represents man's duty to form a connection between the material and the spiritual realms.

Six is certainly not what you said. Not in Judaism, anyway.

 

To each his own. I'm an Orthodox Christian and according to the interpretations of the early Saints, 666 will be the number of the final Antichrist who will reign as the leader of the world.

He will force everyone to have the number of the beast to buy and sell, and whoever accepts it will lose their souls - which means a lot of martyrdom. Probably more so than in the first centuries under the pagan Emperors and in Russia under the Soviets.

According to interpretations, the advent of the Antichrist will be held back by Rome. This is why Moscow refers to itself as the 3rd Rome, since they believe the first one fell into heresy, and the second Rome fell under the Turks.

Interesting stuff, huh?

 

So is China, and so was the Soviet Union. Means nothing since people fall regardless of their government, Christian or otherwise, and it's people that cause wars. If you listen to some of the stupidities coming out of Nato and the EU, you begin to wonder where their brains are.

Russia has sent them a list of their concerns and what they have to work on to better relations since they have hit rock bottom and war is becoming inevitable, but Nato and Washington is pooh poohing it as usual. They're just waiting for the bombs to fall - and they will.

 

No, we are not. "Babylon the Great" and all that in the Book of Revelation referred to Rome.
