Fox News' Brian Kilmeade said that Donald Trump needs to "lean to lose" rather than continuing to falsely claim the 2020 election was rigged against him.

During an appearance on Media Buzz on Sunday, host Howard Kurtz asked Kilmeade for his thoughts on "the heart of the outrage" of media coverage of the one-year anniversary of the January 6 attack being Trump's insistence he only lost the last election to President Joe Biden because of widespread voter fraud.

In response, Kilmeade said that Trump has still not proven his claims more than 14 months since the last election took place.

    The glass continues to crack.

But it should not be seen as a real awareness of these pseudo journalists who have encouraged Trump's demagogy, but as a strategy to limit the damage.

Because Kilmeade sees, as do others, that the GOP has become the Titanic with Trump as captain.

    Just pure gold !!!!!

I doubt Trump's ego will allow it, but hopefully this is a start for Republicans.

Ark, what "glass" do you think is starting to break?

Orange Jesus' groupies don't care about "no evidence" or how many times a judge dismisses it for "no evidence" or how many audits show nothing. For them, anybody that doesn't repeat the lie or vehemently defend anybody and everybody from saying Trump is a loser and a liar is automatically "the enemy".

Them: Anybody that doesn't believe the lie is stupid and/or corrupt.
Them: Anybody that thinks social media sites should retain the rights to run their businesses the way they want is crazy.
Them: Anybody that thinks Trump is embarrassing us with his very public nervous breakdown just doesn't care he was "wronged".
Them: Anybody that thinks it's possible for a "senile Joe" to beat Trump is delusional (no, senility is preferable to insanity/pure evilness).
    Them: Anybody that doesn't hate <whatever, whomever> isn't a true Patriot.
Them: Anybody that thinks it's fair for rioters to still be in jail awaiting trial is clueless (nope, that's common).

All of this would have been vehemently and continuously said to be outrageously crazy if anybody else did any of it. Their deity is supposed to be above reproach and they rationalize all of it and more. I don't even blame him any more. Most people would love to rake in millions of dollars a month and twist people around their finger to the point of committing serious crimes, so that makes sense.

It's the people that are willing to beat cops, hunt down our sitting VP (based on a lie), threaten election workers, shun their family members for their political beliefs that don't align with Trump, defend exponentially outrageous behavior (to the point other world leaders questioned the stability of our country) and anything and everything he does goes through some kind of crazy kaleidoscope of justification are our enemies at this point. They've even stopped pretending they are defending our Constitution and, for reasons I can't determine, we knew he didn't give a damn about anybody other than the people that voted for him and support him, but they are apparently cool with him stiffing Giuliani his legal fees and turning his back on the Capitol rioters and all of those people have stood behind Trump.

    Why is that acceptable?

Why do they think he would treat them any differently if given a chance to exploit and stab them in the back?

I try to live by "when a person SHOWS you who they really are, believe them." Seemingly, none of them do.

Explain how his performance does not match up to the first year of Brandon. You like open borders that are so bad we do not get an ICE report on how many invaders for the 1st time in 15 years? Cover it up if they can! You like our inflation? Oil dependence? We didn't have any of that 4 years ago! Think Trump has a way to go to beat Brandon's infamy! Oh, but no more "mean tweets"! Ha!

Two options: Either Kilmeade will be canceled, for speaking his mind, or he will be made to grovel and apologize (like Cruz), so he can be welcomed back into the collective. From now on, he shall continue to support "the big lie". No dissent allowed.

I suppose if you can't actually respond to the poster, might as well edit your way to a lie. Typical.

My perception has been that Republicans favor 'strong' men. Macho type men. Yet their current 'leader' has been playing victim for over a year. How is that reconciled?

It is fascinating watching liberals delude themselves as they expect everyone will just play along with them... I suppose it makes them feel like they are important or something.

How's this for perception.......He is about to put the fraudulent election behind him and help to put America 1st candidates in office. After that is done, he will run again for the high office, either that or support another like minded individual. He was slandered the entire four years he was in office yet he is still the focus. You guys are incredibly "weak"!

So we have different perceptions. And yours will hold water IF we never hear him whine about a fraudulent or stolen election again. Let's see how that works out - as that is his calling card for raising more money FOR HIMSELF

    1. We dont have "open borders". Thats just more right wing mahamba jamba thats been debunked a thousands times. The right claims open borders ,and then in the next sentence literally chastises Biden for returning to Trumps "stay in Mexico" policy

    2. You do know that ICE isn't in charge of the border so they dont count crossing right ?

    3. The inflation rate is cause by the GLOBAL supply chain.

    4. Every time a dem tries to do anything to limit our dependence on fossil fuels the right looses their minds and blocks it. You dont get to make that claim. FULL STOP

We didn't have oil dependence 4 years ago ? Man that bubble is AIR TIGHT !

This! They are trying to pry open the door for other candidates while still not accepting their own part in The Big Lie. They are trying to shape the future strategy of Trump not being the obvious choice.

Historically, both parties have shown a preference for authoritarian government.
Probably why the Founders opposed partisan party politics.

“They gather, all the brands, at the self-referential festivals, like the April White House Correspondents Association dinner, whose buffet of “pre-parties” and “after-parties” now number more than two dozen– because a single banquet, it is clear, cannot properly celebrate the full achievements of the People Who Run Your Country. … The insider swarm has been known by various names: “Permanent Washington”. “The Political Class”. “The Chattering Class”. “The Usual Suspects”. “The Beltway Establishment”. “The Echo Chamber”. “The Echo System”. “The Gang of 500”. “The Gang of 600”. “The Movable Mess”. “The Club”. THIS TOWN, Mark Leibovich, Penguin Books, 2013 p. 8. (emphasis mine)

On this specific subject, I do not address the MAGA and I do not want to link up with them.

You have gone too far in your whims.

The objective is to neutralize you politically.

And the deeper you go into your denial, the more we consolidate the support of moderate independents.

Go read George Washington's Farewell Address as to why Trump will be infamous, let alone the possible criminal investigation and of course the numerous civil ones. Trump had a good economy, unfortunately it was accompanied with excessive govt spending and debt, which was unique in US history.

Sorry, I couldn't decipher this. IN any event, The Trump doesn't have a future. Regardless of how much CNN want it to be to help them restore their viewership. There are lots of sides on the conservative side of the spectrum. One must know where the dependencies exist to ensure that there will be sufficient support from all of those constituencies to ensure that the brain hemorrhage in the white house doesn't get reelected.
