Yes. It’s a direct quote. Word for word. And he said similar things many times.

So the Obama IRS was guilty of abusing it's power against conservative groups?

Let me ask you, when you are not even being investigate for a crime and are not facing a criminal investigator and you invoke the 5th what does that mean?

I give you Lois Lerner head of the IRS under Obama.

That is easier than pleading the 5th.

If pleading the 5th means your guilty then all of the above people in my links are guilty. True or false? (answer: if you're consistent would the answer would be "true"...answer should be "false" for everyone, including Eric Trump)

Why? I can think and reason on my own. Is he so much in your head that you ignore what the 5th Amendment is about?

    I asked first

When you are not even being investigate for a crime and are not facing a criminal investigator and you invoke the 5th what does that mean?

What I said at the time was that the President should instruct his head of the IRS to answer ALL questions concerning her operation of the department and she should be required to do so. Yes she had a right to invoke the 5th, BEFORE she made a statement declaring her innocence which voided any right to invoke it. Did you support he doing so even though she was being questioned about her official duties as a government official and had declared she was innocent?

I’m not seeking anyone being locked up until it’s proven in court. Nor would I vote for someone who ran around saying they want their opponent locked up. How about you?
