    Actually, his TEXT backs up Sussman's claim and makes Durham's case mucho harder... He has to prove Sussman wasn't making that particular visit to the FBI on behalf of somebody to prove a lie... and that's hella hard...

    If he had texted "I'm coming on behalf of my client, candidate Clinton", THEN you'd really have something here...

    And none of this matters one ****.... it's unimportant in the grand scheme of things...

    Even this, is not about Trump(per se). It's about the fact that the FBI had political leanings, and as a result of said leanings took willingly false and misleading information and acted upon it. It's a grave national security concern moving forward and it has not been adequately addressed. We cannot afford to have our intelligence community to be led astray by their personal, own interests. Otherwise, we could just pick up any hack off the street and call it intelligence.

    Basically, every company has a performance review and then makes adjustments accordingly. To have trust in the FBI/CIA, we need them to publicly announce what steps THEY will take to not be taken in by misinformation.

    He texted he doesn't represent anybody and he told the FBI live he wasn't representing anybody.

    He may have been representing somebody, but the text and his statements to the FBI are essentially identical, so the text proves nothing except his story is consistent...

    Like most of America, I've paid little attention of the bizarre legal theories of John Durham, but did a bit of reading on the current status of this prosecution..

    Seems the "client" of Sussmann (Joffe) is refusing to testify on 5th amendment grounds, since Durham still considers Joffe a suspect in his "investigation"

    Here's an interesting letter from Joffe's lawyer to Sussmann's lawyer laying that out, including this disturbing final paragraph

    2 Months ago, Durham made the claims that the data he is using today was “Hacked” from Trump tower, when in reality it was data given tot Univeristy researchers, ANNNNDDDDDDD, the data in question was from the Obama White House !!!!


    But hey, He has Hillary now right…….

    Why the use of an apostrophe?

    At any rate, you cannot NOT impeach a President when they (a) attempt to extort a foreign power's election assistance and (b) conspire to prevent the peaceful transition of power.

    They would've also achieved what they were meant to achieve, if the GOP wasn't made up of sniveling cowards who subvert the law in favor of a law-breaking incompetent.
