Nope. But the only argument I've heard so far that is remotely sensical is "but the name is scary." In neither case do I see any evidence that the GOVERNMENT is limiting anyone's speech. In both cases, the only real complaint is that the name sounds skewy.

 

Being as that this new board has nothing to do with COVID (yet), I'd say the president wasn't talking about "it" at that time...

But still......Great idea!!... DHS should add vaccine disinformation to their mandate... maybe Phase 2....

Because they barely mention, near the bottom, the significant factor that this new board is aimed only at disinformation around the US/Mexico border and Russia.
The OP article made it sound like they were creating a general, overall sweeping public disinformation. The ensuing comments are an illustration of why they did that.
