Trump dissed the vaccinations for a long time. That is why many of his followers didn't get vaccinated. Over 300,000 dead because they didn't get vaccinated. And a large portion of those were motivated by trump.

Next, his rallies: Even back in Oct of 2020 they had estimated trump had killed 700 people with his rallies. And it got much much worse after that.
