Let's get one fact straight about the Constitution

The constitution was not written by 'We, The People'.

It was written by rich white dudes.

There is no idea like an idea whose time has come.

Democracy, is that idea.

Only in democracy, does 'We, The People", have any meaning.

And in 'We, The People' a majority are women, and it includes blacks, the poor, and minorities which the founders were not thinking of, though they paid lip service to, and they are going to kick Republican butt in November. Things are going to change.

All the Roe decision does is return the question of Abortion to We The People via our elected representatives. If you have the electoral might to make this grand point, then make it. You and the folks in your state have perfect freedom to handle abortion as you please.

As for your grand pronouncement on abortion, all Dobbs did was admit what has been obvious for 50 years, the following text:

"No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law." ​

Does not legitimately empower unelected judges to mandate a nation abortion standard. The claim was always a steaming pile of crap and all they have done is admitted what has always been obvious.

You want a particular abortion standard? Fine, write your State Representatives and persuade your neighbors and you are free to have whatever abortion standard your state collectively agrees to.

Anyway, when the ruling was leaked polls showed the needle never moved, the left is still the left and the right is still the right. People over 40 don’t care or need abortions and a blue wave won’t change the court’s ruling.

You nailed it. IF abortion is truly the motivation for these guys, this decision did them a favor. Working in the states allows them to get actual VOTES to set the laws rather than dragging eh issue through the courts. Most polls show there is broad acceptance for legal abortion in at least some circumstances - SO take the issue to then people in states with objectionable abortion laws.

Being a Free Citizen requires a number of things that some of the Left would prefer to simply mandate by force. They may call themselves democrats (small d) but operationally they are totalitarians

In the sense of "Organized Crime" = "Mob", I agree. Illegally armed felons operate openly in our Blue Cities, the prosecutors, police and judges have to be complicit or they would all be incarcerated.

If the Constitution is "illegitimate" that it does not legitimately command a national standard on abortion.
