Harriet Hageman Slams Cheney: The Threat to America Is Joe Biden, Not Donald Trump

    Wyoming Republican primary congressional candidate Harriet Hageman on Thursday night’s debate stage slammed opponent Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) for miscalculating who is a threat to the nation’s liberty.

    While Cheney, a critic of Trump and his policies, said the former president has endangered the nation, Hageman responded, “Our republic is not in danger because of President Donald J. Trump,” but from other sources, including Hunter and Joe Biden and failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

    “President Trump was an excellent president for the United States of America and especially for the state of Wyoming,” Hageman said on the debate stage in Wyoming.

    “The threat to our republic really comes from other sources,” Hageman continued, “including the fact right now we are seeing two systems of justice in this country, where we have one system of justice where you have people like Hunter Biden or Hillary Clinton or even Joe Biden, who are not accountable or held accountable for the decisions and the bad acts that they undertake.”

    “The biggest threat to our republic is the current administration and the corruption of our institutions,”…

The dual Justice system with its two standards as to how conservatives are treated compared to progressives is a threat to our constitutional republic.     Even if Trump had been responsible for our prosperity, and he wasn't, he also tried to overthrow the government and install his own unelected regime. Some of us hold the Constitution in higher regard than ignorant hero worship. You should join us.

    Biden's leadership of NATO in response to Russia's invasion has been exemplary. Trump would never have been able to do that, even assuming that he'd have tried. Trump did some serious damage to NATO.

    That part I absolutely agree with. No objection. I'm not sure if we'd even still be in NATO at this point if Trump had won the election or if his attempt to overthrow the government had succeeded.

    Biden is a threat to the country. His gas policies create an economic threat. Some of you folks might not get this on the news channels you watch, but Biden’s open border policies are attracting known terrorists.

    Every time I go to the gas station or the grocery store, I cannot help but be reminded just how much of a threat Joe Biden is to our nation.

    Every time I turn on the news, and the war in Ukraine continues, I cannot help but be reminded just how much of a threat Joe Biden is to the peace of the world, and the threat that poses to our nation.

    Every time I watch Kamala Too on TV, I am reminded of what a dipshit he is for picking such a loser as his VP so you can't even fix it by impeaching him.... Also, a danger to the nation, but that's another thread.

    Impeachment isn't a "coup." Please read the Constitution. Maybe then (one day) you'll even learn how impeachment works. No one on the left tried what Trump tried.     Trump gave us higher unemployment when he left office than when he arrived.
    Trump gave us the lowest GDP of any modern President - hell, even before Covid, the best he could do was tie Obama.

    Not going to pretend Biden is a good President - but even a bad President would be as good as Trump. Given how many Presidents - both
    Democrat and Republican who have easily been voted in for a second term, you gotta be real crap not to be able to pull that one off.
